Iran - Israel/US War: Israel-US declare war on Iran, Iran responds

What's going on? This is a bad ceasefire. Is there even going to be a agreement over nuclear program or what about sanctions ?

Why is Iraq being attacked now? If Iran goes out of the picture then Hezbollah + HTS + Hamas have no choice but to cooperate to try to survive. Hezbollah and HTS are in a similar situation in their own respective nations. There's a US led entity in both Lebanon (Lebanese govt) and in Syria (Kurd occupied East by US forces).

They have to put aside their religious differences and cooperate. I believe HTS will sooner or later get attacked for regime change operation.

HTS/Hezbollah/Hamas have to work with each other to survive otherwise these people will succeed in installing Lebanese government/PA /Secular Syrian government in all three nations.

Where are they going to get weapons from if Iran is out of the picture?

What Israel gained from this "war":
  • Complete air superiority over Iranian skies
  • Obliteration of much of Iranian nuclear program along with many of its civilian top scientists and highest serving military leaders
  • Exposure of the weaknesses and fatal flaws in Israel’s multilayered defensive capabilities
  • The reporting and condemnation of ongoing Israeli war crimes in Gaza took a backseat
  • Revelation of Iranian isolation at the world stage

this is so pathetic and weak

no one will take IRI seriously ever again

You are selling your leaders short. This is the outcome your adversary wanted. I think Iran did well considering its obvious limitations.

"Khamenei himself posted... what's happening there?... I'll answer: it's like a coup d'état. The group working for Zionism inside [the system] is trying to push this narrative—now they've exposed themselves. They were the ones who killed Raisi, leaked the locations of military personnel, Hezbollah members, etc."

This is a shakey ceasefire. It's similar to some of the previous ones in Gaza where there is no actual commitment to non-aggression.

Israel is likely to be the aggressor again. After it gets more interceptors and fixes damage at Haifa Oil Refinery.

The best course of action is for Iran to accept the ceasefire.

1) Learn from your mistakes. ** The most crucial part, so as not to make the same mistake again down the road **

2) Review your foreign policy and start realigning your priorities outside your traditional ally base.

3) Restructure your armed forces; you can't have two military forces running side by side, as it's inefficient and a drain on resources.

4) Abandon the proxies as they are a drain on the resources; let the Arab community deal with their issues.

5) Stop with your Death to American and Death to Israel, bullshit, and work quietly like the Chinese with a smile and facedown.

6) A policy in place for transitioning new leaders to the top with a cap of a four or 5-year rule; no one should have the ability to rule for decades, as you skip generations of learning and development to transform society. More often than not, many individuals will not change their ways, either in thought or in practice.

Lastly, apply a hot butter knife approach, and root out the 5th column inside the country, that worked alongside your supposed international friends like India; I will also go out and say, Russia, could be part of this in infiltrating spies within Iran. It's not as if Russia is great at filtering its own personal and people, as they too have suffered internally.

I think this conflict was a blessing in disguise, as it allowed Iran to identify and analyze its weak points; this could have been far worse in a full-blown war. Even a boxer loses a fight, but a smart one will learn from it and come back stronger.
In other words, you advise Iran to become more democratic and inclusive.

That's it fighting is over folks:
Iranian Foreign Minister: The military operations of our powerful Armed Forces to punish Israel for its aggression continued until the very last minute, at 4am. Together with all Iranians, I thank our brave Armed Forces who remain ready to defend our dear country until their last drop of blood, and who responded to any attack by the enemy until the very last minute

Hezbollah fought for a year before surrendering.
Yemen fought a full-scale war against the U.S. for two months and secured an equal ceasefire.
Iran surrendered unconditionally in just 12 days.
This is a terrifying display of weakness. No one in the Middle East will take Iran seriously anymore; even Yemen will likely switch sides to the U.S. and Saudi Arabia.

I feel for you, the Palestinians. Your biggest supporter is out of the picture now. The only thing I can think of is that maybe the people of Gaza should leave. Victory will come one day, inshallah, but until then save the lives of the women and children from the Anglo-Zionist animals.

High chance he or others are killed either by squads on ground or other means if they come out in public. Any 'ceasefire' they do these days is entirely for Israel's benefit. It's not like in the past where they actually respected cease fire agreements (but kept pressure via other means like blockade, flights, occasional ground incursions).

From my perspective, this was a marginal but significant win for Iran.

Despite the repeated assassinations of its nuclear scientists and direct attacks on key facilities, Iran’s nuclear program remains alive. It may have taken a huge bit, but it’s far from defeated. The infrastructure, the expertise, and the will to rebuild still exist.

One of the most important outcomes is that there was no regime change. Let’s be honest, that was a key objective for Israel and possibly its Western allies. The Iranian leadership remains intact, and the public stood firm despite the immense psychological and strategic pressure. Iran not only survived the decapitation strikes, it managed to rally support both internally and from key regional players like Pakistan and China.

However, survival alone is not enough. Iran must now learn and move swiftly. Sole reliance on air defense systems is proving insufficient. Israel’s domination of Iran’s airspace during the attacks exposed a major vulnerability. Iran urgently needs to develop an air force modeled after Pakistan’s not for power projection, but to deny air superiority and control its skies.

On the ground, Iran must overhaul its missile warfare doctrine. Its land-to-land tactics need modernization. A faster, more agile shoot-and-scoot capability is critical. During recent exchanges, Iran’s responses were sluggish, and the frequency of missile volleys diminished over time after its launchers were frequently targeted. That’s a weakness adversaries will exploit.

Strategically, Iran needs to reassess its alliances. India’s neutral stance and diplomatic tightrope walking show that it will not offer Iran any tangible support in times of crisis. Even Russia, with its strong Israeli diaspora and shifting priorities, is unreliable. Iran’s best hope lies in deepening ties with China and Pakistan. Both nations offer strategic depth economically, militarily, and diplomatically that Iran sorely needs.

And above all, Iran must prioritize the development of a nuclear deterrent. I don’t know how they will do it, but they must. The time for hesitation is over. National survival is now on the line. The events of this conflict should serve as the final wake-up call: Israel will strike again and next time, it will be more decisive, more intense, and possibly existential.

Iran barely made it through this round. There might not be a second chance. I hope the leadership wakes up to this.
