Mass production of Fatah-2 (iranian hypersonic missile, not Pakistani MLRS) and MIRV conventional missiles is also needed. Also a large, modern submarine force.

Agree with all but Su-35 purchase should be discontinued. It's an aircraft that is extremely deficient in avionics and electronics.
