Great idea and Pakistan is already starting to do this. The concept behind "NASTP" is exactly what you are talking about. It is a technology incubator focused on AI, cyber and other forward looking technologies.
What needs to happen is that pipeline to NASTP has to be strengthened by bringing in other key feeder STEM focused schools.

I would think minor enhancements and greater integration with more weapons platforms between 2022 (when we received the first batch) and now. The initial batch of J-10CEs had over 100 modifications for the PAF. They may have asked for some more. I don't know which exact ones though.
Maybe the reference to "block" is misleading. Call it the next tranche with potential additional updates.

No it does not! It shows an old J-10CE and as such all that nonsense claimed by some as if AVIC confirmed the same is wrong since they not even mentioned this, the only shows an old J-10C and mentioned customers are satisfied and added -IMO intentionally - tags for J-35, PAF and Parsi!
