Iran - Israel/US War: Israel-US declare war on Iran, Iran responds

War is lost if objectives are not achieved.

Israel's goals in its war against Iran:

1) Degrade and destroy Iranian nuclear program and remove the threat of Iran building nuclear weapons.

2) Degrade Iran's ballistic missiles program.

3) Weaken Iran's military leadership and the ability of its military to effectively retaliate to Israel's attack.

4) Create internal crisis in the regime by killing key officials.

RESULTS OF THE WAR:

1) Destroy Iranian nuclear program - now even CNN and BBC say that Iranian nuclear program is not destroyed and key components of the program are intact - FAILURE.

2) Remove the threat of Iran building nuclear weapons - because the nuclear program is not destroyed and Iran still has 408kg of 60% enriched uranium and IR-6 centrifuges that have been evacuated from nuclear facilities the threat of Iran building nuclear weapons is not removed. Moreover, after this strike Iran might accelerate its rush to a bomb - FAILURE.

3) Degrade Iranian nuclear program - but now even Pentagon says that Iranian nuclear program has been rolled back by only few months - VERY LIMITED SUCCESS.

4) Degrade Iran's ballistic missiles program - but Iranian missile bases and missile production facilities are located 200m underground and can be destroyed only by multiple tactical nuclear strikes. Israel was unable to destroy Iran's missile program and capabilities and during the war Iran launched more than 500 ballistic missiles at Israel with multiple impacts in major Israeli cities and this proved that David's Sling, Arrow-3, PAC-3, THAAD and SM-3 are ineffective - FAILURE.

5) Weaken Iran's military leadership and the ability of Iran's military to effectively retaliate to Israel's attack - Israel succeeded in killing several military leaders, but it failed to prevent Iran from launching effective retaliation against Israel. Killed generals have been quickly replaced and retaliation against Israel was launched - FAILURE.

6) Create internal crisis within the regime by killing key officials - Israel killed key generals of the IRGC who were important pillars of the system, but these generals have been replaced by other loyal generals and Iranian system has shown strong resilience - FAILURE.

We can say that Israel failed to achieve its objectives and ISRAEL LOST THIS WAR.

Instead what was achieved by Israel and US is the unity of Iranian people with the Islamic government with all Iranians rallying around Khamenei against external enemies. And now the entire pro-Western opposition in Iran is discredited as traitors and enemy collaborators. Also after this attack Iran might decide to accelerate its nuclear weapons program.

Again, I am not going to speculate.

I can just tell you this, as I told the other guy, there was this JAEA site somewhere in Japan (I am not going to guess where it was as I forgot) and it got decommissioned in 1996, and they start transferring the fuel cake to Oak Ridge in the US and down-rich it from weapon grade into fuel grade Uranium (so from ~80% going back to 5%) and the process started from 2003 and only completed last year, it's the same process but reverse, and it's a lot more easier to downrich the Uranium than to continue enrich it.

And you are talking about 2 capable nuclear power with high degree of advance technology, doing the same stuff but in the opposite direction, and it take them 21 years, granted it's a intercontinental transfer and they probably do it safe to the max, so it's probably not going to take decade for Iran to do that, but it's not going to be year or years as well, and that is if we can assume Iranian technology is on par with the US or the Japanese.

While I find the article on diluting interesting. It is still a false equivalence and the argument does not hold. While I do not disagree that dilution is much easier, you have to remember as well that that project was spread across continents, involved inter-governmental agreements, IAEA oversight, shipping logistics, and safe handling over time, not urgency. Iran, by contrast, is likely operating in a tightly controlled, centralized, and high priority military-industrial context, potentially with far fewer procedural slowdowns.

Even if your theory holds true, then the only way U.S. intelligence could claim that Iran's nuclear program was set back by just a few months is either because the assessment is entirely fabricated, or because they have yet to uncover other clandestine facilities where enrichment may still be ongoing. The latter seems more aligned with US intelligence assessments based on Iran having the knowledge, expertise and even , infrastructure at black sites locations.

If Iran doesn't develop nuclear weapons, it proves only one thing: The regime is compromised. Most likely by the Russians, at the highest level.
Whole western block is in Iran working with Mossad. Mossad is not alone, if mossad and raw are there then there is CIA and KGB as well. Its Iran fault they chest thump so much that they had invited everyone to there home.

It's more complicated than that.
The regime is incompetent. It is compromised at the highest level. There's too much competition within the system due to corruption and foreign ties.

Iran has the uranium now. We have the designs, and we know these designs work. We have the delivery systems. The only thing that is preventing us from becoming nuclear is what I said: the regime is compromised at the highest level.

As an ex US Air Force guy, I hope Iran call you tomorrow and offer a consultancy.

Please....Please...Please...Please...Iran call this guy....🫶
Care to elaborate irony or did i misread you here?

As President Trump landed in the Netherlands for a NATO meeting, he was desperate to hold together the fragile cease-fire between Israel and Iran, cursing and cajoling to make sure that history would remember him for bombing Iran’s nuclear sites and brokering a peace deal days later.

Trump had been eager to celebrate the U.S. strikes on Iran, but a new report indicates the attack set back Iran’s nuclear program by only a few months.

Brother, let’s be real - You've already done that. Your government completely abandoned Hezbollah while they were being pummeled by relentless airstrikes and terror beeper attacks. You didn’t lift a finger to support them. The whole world saw it: Iran abandons its so called “proxies” and remains passive, even as Hezbollah successfully held off a full-scale IDF ground invasion. They're fighting from a tiny strip of land and endured longer than you did, suffering thousands of casualties - both numerically and proportionally far greater than what you faced in your own conflict with Israel.

Your gov didn’t take action when the IDF was engaged on both the northern and southern fronts, overwhelmed and exhausted by hundreds of projectiles raining down on Israeli territory every day? That was a golden opportunity - yet your gov chose not to intervene.

Hezbollah is a resistance movement made up of real people with families - not your slaves or cannon fodder. When they needed you most, you were absent. Your gov was the leader who refused to lead.

Even Ansarullah don’t fully trust your current government. Muhammad al-Bukhaiti, a senior political official and spokesperson for Ansarullah, confirmed in an interview with Al Jazeera a few months ago that Iran had struck a deal with the U.S. to halt all military exports and withdraw personnel from Yemen - though he added that the Islamic Republic of Iran remains a close friend.

It all went to shit when the legend Qassem Soleimani was assassinated.
I disagree with this, my friend.

You talk like some Houthi scientist was bit by a spider some day and he gained super powers to help them build drones and ballistic missiles.

Houthis were a bunch of untrained fighters with AK-47s. We helped them gain control over Sanaa, we helped them establish a system of governance. We helped them develop drones and ballistic missiles with 2,500 km range.

As for Hezbollah, same thing. Hezbollah is now part of the Lebanese system because of us. They have anti-tank weapons because of us. They're a trained army with 100K personnel because of us. They have short-range missiles with ring-laser gyroscopes because of us. Same goes for Hamas, Assad's Syria after 2011, Iraqi militias, etc.

Except for Hamas, none of these groups would've even existed without us to begin with. And the moment we abandon them, they will collapse due to financial and technological problems. It's just as simple as that. And it's time to fully abandon them and let them be on their own from now on. We can keep Houthis of Yemen and abandon the rest as they failed to pass the litmus test.

Everything depends on their nuclear program. It's always been the deal breaker.

PS : we've just reduced oil imports from Iran because of the Russian oil coming in cheaper.

India remains a friend of Iran despite the crocodile tears in the name of Islam.

Unfortunately both sides of the conflict are friendly countries of India.

One point that has not been discussed on the bunker busters. By not using them, there was a deterrent effect that they could be used, if needed. Now that they were used and didn't work, that deterrent effect is gone. There will be no future "stick" to any future diplomatic "carrots" Washington may try to offer.

@Persian Gulf @RescueRanger

An OSINT observer managed to map out Israeli ADs and interceptor types purely based on available cam footage.
