The question for Google dude then "is why doesn't he just quit?"
We all know what the answer to that is.

So as expected that was just a personal ranting of a frustrated individual who might have lost his job due to outsourcing or lack of talent!!My own experience. Spent 4 years hiring training and team building a design office with multiple trips to your Telugu heartland in Kondapur, Gacchibawli and Bangaluru Whitefield.
I am used to the "cock and bull " fake resumes and Course Completion Certificates from SriSri Vishwakarma University l
Actually I got promoted and the guys I hired gave me a surprise celebration party. So as expected that was just a personal ranting of a frustrated individual who might have lost his job due to outsourcing or lack of talent!!![]()
There is a lot of discrimination against Indian students (workers) in Canada and yes some do not meet the criteria but vast majiority I have hired and worked in my offices are excellent workers and outstanding humans. They do not fuss about over time...running late...shorten lunch breaks....sick time....and always always go an extra mile. Only Phillipiono workers compete with them or surpass in work....

@onlinpunit @SoulSpokesman @vasanthmActually I got promoted and the guys I hired gave me a surprise celebration party.I have climbed the ladder a bit since then. My subordinates like a neutral boss,
As neutral Pakistani I judge people on merit. Indians like an external arbiter, something that is ingrained in their psyche after centuries of foreign rule and colonialism.
- The Kannadiga don't like the Tamils & Andhra ( Telugu)
- The Andhra Telugu don't like Kannadiga and Tamils
- The Tamils don't like the Andhra Telugu and Kannadiga
- The Tamil, Telugu, Kannadiga hate the Malayali who in turn hate all of them.
- Plus all the above hate the Rajasthani, UP, Bihari and MP ( Chattisgarhi) Haryanvi people though they are pitifully few in the IT or engineering outsourcing manpower resources business.
- The 4 hubs Gurgaon ( its called something else now), Hyderabad, Pune and Bangalore each have their own of buddy network overseas. They all hate each other,
Oh one last thing:
I had to give a patient hearing to Dalits who complained of "discrimination " from "Brahmins" at the workplace. The complaints were from Maharashtra Dalits against Brahmins from their own state. I initially thought of referring the matter to Human Resources but on closer investigation I found the claims baseless, and I got them to shake hands, Their affiliation with the RSS notwithstanding I found Saraswat Brahmins the easiest to work with. Their professionalism and work ethic was par excellence.
Remember: Techie Indians are not supermen. They have emigrated to earn a living and find their dream lifestyle which is but a dream in their own hometowns. They are ordinary folk simply trying to get away from their own country with no desire at all to go back. Over 20 million have emigrated since 2004.
Disagree. When the CEO of Google , Microsoft, Adobe, are Indian
Then what do you expect the world force to look like.
Indians tend to hire Indians provided they meet the required qualifications.
It's a work culture thing
A white guy will switch off his work phone at 5pm
An Indian will pickup his manager's call even on a Sunday afternoon, while out with friends ,
Indians are also willing to work for 20-30% less pay , than their white counterparts

Disagree.
Indians are no more hardworking than the average American, Some get less pay ( possibly) because they are working on 3 to 6 months rotation contracts, which by the way is illegal.
If Indians were that competent and hardworking than bridges wouldn't be collapsing in India and a 40:year project on a fighter jet wouldn't have gone down the tube.
I have been to India and seen laziness, corruption and incompetence to levels that I have seen nowhere else in the world including my own country. The state of Bihar is a classic case.
If I were to rate a workforce on efficiency, work ethic and competence near-equivalent to Americans, I would put China at that level. Chinese techies are the real stuff, I worked with Chinese engineers and it was a pleasure.
Indians have taken over a lot, credit goes to gujaratis and then midwestern punjabis though, IT/Silicon Valley has been dominated by the Indians for last 15-20 years.@Developereo @r3alist @Dalit @AZ_HighCountry @vasanthm @Vkdindian1 @Baibers_1260 @Meengla
Hopefully none of you are Googlers!
A growing conversation around workplace diversity has surfaced at Google, whwere employees are voicing concerns over cultural homogeneity within teams, particularly in engineering and technical roles. One employee, who spoke on condition of anonymity on Team Blind, described a noticeable shift in team composition over recent years. “My manager is Indian, my skip-level manager is Indian, and even their manager is Indian,” the employee said. “My team is split between India and other regions, but nearly all my teammates are Indian, except for what seem like a few hiring anomalies.”
While emphasising that the concern is not about individuals or ethnicity, the employee shared feelings of cultural disconnect and a loss of the team diversity that once made collaboration enjoyable. “There was a time when our team had people from a wide range of cultures and backgrounds, it made the environment more vibrant, open, and fun. Now, I often feel like an outlier.” The employee also suggested that this dynamic has impacted their sense of inclusion and belonging at the company, and shared that they are currently planning to leave the organisation.
The Internet swiftly reacted to the post. A user said, “In a world of woketards, it’s a rather avant garde perspective, but it doesn’t have to be.” Another noted, “You can still have fun with Indians.” Every fifth person in the world is Indian. Deal with it,” noted a user. A netizen claimed, “I am in California. All the employees in the company are Indian. The neighborhood I lived are all Indian. Sometimes I don’t know if I am in India or United States.”
“There are only 2 Americans on my team, the rest are all Indian. My pillar up to the VP is only 3% Americans. And I choose to use the term “Americans” bc i’m not hyper-focused on the team being white, I actually want to see legit diversity on our teams (race, ethnicity, gender, etc). I’m more concerned that we work for an American Company and make up a tiny fraction of the headcount. And it has absolutely nothing to do with capability/intelligence, and everything to do with ethnic empire building on the inside,” added a user.
A user claimed, “What is it with west’s obsession about having forced diversity? Like why does an engineering team or a company needs to be diverse over meritocracy? What purpose does diversity serve? Tiktok in China was built by 100% Chinese and it got adoption all over the world, so don’t say diversity is required for creating a global product. Few decades ago, US created many global brands with just Americans working for those companies.”
