If it turns into a regional war where our neighbors use this opportunity to invade us, no.

We cannot even transport our troops without an air force.
You can't just fire missiles 24/7 and think that it will somehow magically end the war.

There is not a single scenario that Iran can win this war without nuclear weapons. Not any that I could think of. The enemy is well-prepared. Round 2 is happening even sooner than we all expected.

The path is straight-forward. Believe and have faith in Almighty Allah SWT. If you follow him and be as much on the true path, Victory would be yours......but that requires faith and determination. I'm sure the Iranians can do that, if they're true and honest with themselves and the nation.

if we could fire 100+ missiles per day and these missiles had < 10m CEP accuracy, it would be a major factor that could help us cripple Israel and make peace

Why so negative bro? Israel is very small, they can't afford long war, the cost is just extremely high for them, also they're naturally cowards. It's not Israel that is after us. It's the United States. Israel is just the US proxy in this war to achieve their goals with zero/minimal casualties.
Then Trump can claim victory without having killed American soldiers. It's foolish to think that this is an Israel-Iran war. It's without a doubt a US-Iran war and it's been in the making for 20 years.

The US was not defeated militarily in Vietnam.
When did Afghanistan defeat the US? Have we lived in the same universe?
The US helped the Taliban come to power, ousted them to replace them with a corrupt regime, then handed over Afghanistan to the Taliban again.
