Obviously, we don't have to do anything drastic like that......All we need to do, is negotiate about enrichment.....it's our right, but when we have idiots running our country for decades, we have to come to terms we may need to give up something dear to us, even though it's wrong....why? Because these people have dug a hole for us.....for decades now.....we need dig out. As long as Iran is not broken up, we have not given Israel a win.
We need to preserve our country and our the integrity of our land.....if we do that we can dig out, in 10 yrs we can be a big economy again.
So, by hook or crook, we need to make sure, they don't break up our country and turn us into a failed state.

We need to emphasize our territorial integrity. Obviously, the US will not give up now that they see they have successfully destroyed our nuclear program and we do not intend to acquire nuclear weapons

The balance of power is extremely in their favor. We can never match their fire power. Israel has killed 1,100 Iranians in 12 days. How many Israelis did we kill?

If we are not going to acquire nuclear weapons, we should surrender. We should join the Abrahams Accord. Recognize the state of Israel. Maintain diplomatic and economic ties with Israel. Give meaningful guarantees to the US that we will never have a nuclear program again, except for nuclear reactors that they will build for us. Give them shares in our oil and gas infrastructure, minerals and rare earth minerals in particular. This is the only way that the US may give up on the idea of balkanizing Iran.

The other way is nuclear deterrence, which will never happen it seems.

Easy. Normalize relations with Israel. Recognize the state of Israel. Abandon all the support for resistance groups. Stop the nuclear program. Give 50% of Iranian oil to the US. Buy their crap and give complete monopoly of our 90 million people market to the West.

Why would they want to fight with us then? When they could get everything without a war. They fought for 12 days and the cost of it was over 8 billion dollars. They could get all of that for free without a bullet.

But the Ayatollahs are even too stupid for surrendering properly.

Well, not being able to fight properly usually means not being able to surrender properly, either.

Read about the Anglo-Soviet invasion of Iran in WWII. We could not fight back, we decided not to fire a bullet at the Soviets and the British, but at least we surrendered properly.

The Pahlavi dynasty was saved by passing the title of King from Reza Shah to his son, Mohammadreza Pahlavi. Iran was invaded and was divided into three regions between the British and the Soviets but Iran's territorial integrity was eventually guaranteed, even though it took a while for the separatist movements to be curbed after the Soviets received oil concessions in the north to stop supporting them. Iran slowly prospered into a modern society by the end of 70s. So, yes, you can surrender properly if you are not stupid.

Exactly...every time they've attacked us, we done some piss poor response....because we have no cards. The emperor has no clothes!
So, with that in mind, you can only do a couple of things.....get yourself off the floor, dust off, and sit down on that negotiating table, or go for broke and fight....with no air force, no real nukes.
The next guy that yells Marg bar Amerika, should be reminded that....no, it's the other way around. They have the cards to make that threat happen.

I thought fattah-2 is the latest or newer than 1. Then Iran needs to produce more, from Yemen can be a 2nd strike option.
Doesn't have to be fatal-1, any powerful and advanced missiles than what Yemen has now.
