If the Russians proposed the comical idea of 0% enrichment, Iranian diplomats will answer the Russians and the answer will be published.

As of today Araghchi repeated missile/defence will not be part of negotiations, and any idea about nucleair file, will contain enrichment. That's the maximum, the red line. Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi told diplomats in Tehran. “We will not have any agreement in which enrichment is not included.”
