FUlly agree- And when Iran steps in to do what Arabs should do for Palestinians, you start hearing " Iran is a sectarian country"..smfh
meanwhile Israel still has a diplomatic embassy inside turkey and turkey and Israel continue their economic trade without problems
What you say is a slap on Turkey's face. It is the lowest of the low Turkey has sunk to--just a notch better than Jordan in calculations but unlike Jordan, Turkey has some muscles. If I were in a position to ask Turkey, I wouldn't because I know there are economic consequences for Turkey should it cross Washington. But I would still ASK Erdogan not to do the chest thumping like he did after October 7.
Pakistan is in the same economic situation but at least the Pakistani leadership didn't do the chest thumping like Erdogan did--and Pakistan wouldn't' even if Imran Khan were to become the Prime Minister again--because Pakistan cannot cross Washington too much.
That's the point. They should respond even at the cost a triggering a wider escalation. Sometimes that is necessary.
Friend, you have a consistent (negative) message about Hezbollah's involvement. You have been too emotional to realize that Hezbollah is in for the
long game and Hezbollah/Iran/Houthis/militias in Syria/Iraq are playing a delicate game--hurt Israel enough without involving Washington to aid Israel. And as painful as it is to see the Palestinians dying, I think 'The Axis of Resistance' is not doing so bad so far--but the Gazans need to be supplied!!!
Neocons have the free US tax payer honey pot and wll extract every single ounce of it and send it to their brethren in Israel.
Bolded Part: You are partly correct. But the Neocons will get the bulk of the money that goes to Israel and that money gets funneled into the campaigns of the AIPAC-backed candidates, who, in turn would support Israel. It is a
vicious cycle in America between the Neo Cons, the Military Industrial Complex, the Christian Evangelists, and the Zionists. They all benefit from it--or at least perceived themselves to be benefiting from it.
Vcheng is nothing if not consistent. The man is as pedantic as I remember him.
This is too sensitive of a thread to tolerate the 'pandandtic' people. I never asked to ban the even the overtly pro-Zionist members in the old PDF or here but it is hard not to put on 'Ignore' list those who speak from both sides of their mouth--at least the Ignore option was needed and I am grateful to the Admins for that allowance.
