Who told you ?
Which part? That she was a high profile Ra-fail pilot? If so check all her media coverage before the 7th OR that she vanished off radar suddenly on the 7th? If so see if you can find any appearance from her after the 7th.

It’s a cyclic argument.
But technically it’s easier to present a living person than a dead one who is already burnt on the pier.

Unless the living person is so psychologically broken they don’t want to appear.

Indians claimed Shahzazuddin - Pakistan said he doesn’t exist.

Same situation here.

Ok dude, if I may call you that, what exactly do you expect me to do? Go hunt down individuals and court-martial them myself?

Whenever any army is placed in prolonged civilian situations, especially in conflict zones, there will be excesses. That’s not to justify them, just stating a harsh reality. But allowing civilian courts to prosecute army personnel in such zones is a non-starter; it would cripple operational effectiveness. It’s a moral dilemma with no easy answer. The ideal solution is to remove the army entirely, but that's not possible given the threat environment.

That said, in India, the army is not deployed everywhere. It’s a last resort, unlike in Pakistan where military interference in civilian life is routine. So, if you ask me, I’d still prefer our imperfect system over Pakistan’s full blown militarisation of everything from media to elections.

Point has been made, you can defend mass rape all you want, it has been going on unpunished for years so spare us the holier then thou attitude, for sure Pakistan has it's problems, have we descended into tha mass murder and rape that goes on in Gaza and Kashmir, no.

As I said, i just now pity your mental state more then anything.
