Okay let me throw in some old 1970's memories...

Driving to Florida ~1975 in Dad's white Caprice (or was it a Buick?).

Staying in multiple Howard Johnson's (not really around anymore) with two queen sized beds, pool.

4th vehicle purchased:

1753050478718.png

1986 Ford F-150 XLT Lariat. Mine was this exact color but with the standard cab rather than the crew cab.

Truck had an 302 V-8 with an automatic, EFI, and dual tanks. Ran absolutely great. Though mine was an '86, it had some '85 parts on it. It died one day at Home Depot. Would start. Dead solenoid inside the distributor.

When I went to get a new one, had the old one with me. Told the dude at the parts counter the truck was an '86. That was when he told me the distributor was an 85! He said not to worry about it. That was a common thing with Ford.

Do I consider myself to be smart or better than others? No. Not in the least.

Jay Leno did his Jaywalking and Conan at times did similar stuff and they are both from my state of Massachusetts..the land of people notorious for labeling everybody else in the country "dopes".

2019 Jay attacks New Yorker's...a favorite pastime of Massachusetts residents

Continuing the good old days as a kid I remembered my first adult action/drama show on a Friday night as mom and pops (i think older sis too) were sitting and me running around the house when this song caught my attention.

For a long time as a kid I thought Tubs was the one that sang this song.

Sorry man while I love Miami Vice you need to know the real guys. They'd open their doors driving past somebody and send them flying into a row of trashcans.

Crank up the volume!

Hawaii Five-O definitely helped put Hawaii on the map as a top tourist destination.
I went to Hawaii a year ago and made sure I looked at that intro hotel shot spot

I have a closet full of Macy's clothes I can't fit into..and now I shop at BJs Wholesale Club.

So i think that explains the cranky replies of US on PDF. Plus a perfect attitude for PDF thread policing.
Them: Blah blah blah...why did you freeze my thread...Blah blah blah..
You: I don't care
Them: Blah blah blah...but you see this that and the other...Blah blah blah..
You: I don't care
Them: Blah blah...well I'm going to complain to....Blah blah blah.
You: What part of the phrase "I don't care" are you not understanding?
