So, as retired guy, what do you do?

Me?

Truthfully, I am as busy as I want to be if not busier. Having two houses to maintain keeps me active especially with the one being on the market now. Keeping up with the yardwork is a MUST. Curb appeal is a thing.

I still do a lot of my own auto maintenance; that which I can do that is. There are somethings that require a trip to the shop due to me either not having the skills or the tools to do the work. But oil changes, tire rotations, tune-ups (not much to do these days other than change plugs and wires) I still do.

Walking or hiking though we've yet to be up on the mountain this year.

Swimming....the PHX metro house has a pool so I spend time out there swimming laps.

BBQ'ing.......cook outdoors instead of heating up the house.

Plenty of other projects as well.

Calling all 60s somethings to post here and discuss "the good ol'days ".
Anything goes....

Technically I don't fully qualify because still in my late 50s but, hey, almost there.
My background: Born and raised in Karachi into my mid 20s. Even went to the same early schooling as @baqai but, unlike him, I didn't have the brain to survive a Catholic missionary school so I transferred to an easier school. Haha.
My 80s were ruined by the General Zia ul Haq regime. You know, the teen ages and early 20s are supposed to be great time of our lives but, no, he ruined it for all Pakistanis. In just 11 years he turned a Sufi oriented Islamic country to the hell it became. Enough said here as I don't want to go into politics.
But 80s were still very good for me as my family background was/is solid upper middle class. They even sent me to America in early 90s and fully paid for my tuition/travel/room-board etc. My greatest time in life would be from the early 90s into mid 2000s. The 90s were like the tv show 'Wonder Years'. We oldies should recall that!! We should also recall how the internet was coming up: In just a few years, I went from hand written greeting cards and letters to/from Pakistan to emails, text chats (ICQ, if you recall!): The last physical greeting card was in 1996.
And speaking of the 90s! What wouldn't I give to relive the 'Wonder Years'! I was a poor student but the local state parks, the vastness and openness of America, the change of seasons with colors changing and having to live a stone throw from a theater/cinema for years between 1992-1999 enabled me to watch the greatest movies ever, which are still talked about: The Shawshank Redemption, Dracula, Interview with Vampire, Pulp Fiction, The English Patient, Unforgiven....
And I lost my virginity to a chick when nearly 28. LOL!
I want the 90s back!! Maybe there is some 'The Twilight Zone' to enable that for me??!!

Oh, another hobby I've recently taken up:

Looking for newly-locked threads here so I can read the mod comments.

Great fun.

@Meengla

Remember those times. Was living in the 'hood in Detroit.

Not all bad, actually kind of great.
