Top 10 OIC military power ranking

I mean this list is made by South Korean Aerospace Industry. Go to the link and see it by yourselves. I also have said Australia Phd under Lowy Institute calculate Indonesia technology behind Brunei in Asia Power Index

The bottom line I want to say is that any one has its own list, so dont need to be iritated by other person list. You should check my comments

I think you should check my comment. You only quoted the last three countries from the list part of my writing, but you should have been a bit braver and quoted just this part:
"4. Indonesia (Good everywhere and has good navy production)" (that's a real joke, btw)

And your “response,” which can hardly even be called that, was posting a list from 2015-2016 that nobody cares about. And now you’re bringing up other lists as well. Have you really become so happy just to see your country ranked high on a list, my friend? Even in my post here, I spoke the truth and said, “Türkiye isn’t even a Muslim country.” I said that if another party is elected, we might lose all ties with the Muslim world. In my opinion, we shouldn’t even be on the list of the person who posted this.

I gave you detailed data without relying on lists because you told me,
You need to confront Korean Aerospace Industry association
so I made a very basic comparison using CURRENT data. But you still can't explain why you posted such a ridiculous list. Stop defending your country by bringing in other countries' companies if you can't do it properly. In my first message, I shared the list to show how absurd it was and to help them understand Turkey's situation.

My brother welcome back.

Thank you brother
I am always happy to be on PDF

I mean this list is made by South Korean Aerospace Industry.

Now Turkish aviation industry has a certain level of design/development/production capabilities for indigenous platforms like KAAN , HURKUS , HURJET , KIZILELMA , ANKA-3 , AKINCI , AKSUNGUR , ANKA-S , TB-2/TB-3 , SUPER LIGHTNING , T-625 , T-929 , GOKTURK-2 , IMECE , TURKSAT-6A

also Turkish aviation industry has many capabilities such as modernization of F-16 Fighter Jets with most modern indigenous systems including AESA Radar and to develop HAVASOJ airborne stand off Jammer

Also All kinds of Missiles and guided Bombs
Air Defense Systems and Electronic Warfare Systems

Also Turkiye has developed TEI TS-1400 turboshaft Engine
and Turkiye has started developing TEI TF-6.000/10.000 turbofan Engines

Also Turkish aviation industry produced F-16 , T-129 , Sikorksy T-70

according to this list Indonesia , Israel , Germany , Canada , Taiwan , Spain are ahead of Turkiye in aviation industry

Turkiye has more projects than all these Countries combined

Spain - Indonesia with only CN-235 Aircraft
Israel is with only UAV-UCAVs
Germany doesn't have even a sole indigenous project .. only joint development with British-French technologies

What about Canada , Taiwan ? what a joke list

btw S.Korea has a few indigenous projects like KF-21 , FA-50 , KT-1 , KUH-1 , LCH , SLV and Satellites

and China is far ahead of Japan , Germany , Italy , Canada in aviation industry
( China is advanced country in aviation industry )

You need to update your knowledge. Indonesia is the first country who uses FBW system in its own developed subsonic passsenger plane N250 that first fly in 1995

Previously only supersonic Concorde uses FBW before 1995 for passenger plane category.

The reason we develop N219 after monetary crisis stop our dream to challenge Boeing with N2130 in early 2000 and also IMF stop our N250 program to get their loan in 1999 is more on economic reasons and market reason

Check 1997 Asian Financial Crisis

Man, I just correct your previous info. I dont want to debate on the comparison, but I think currently Turkiye is ahead from Indonesia when it comes to aerospace and defense industry.

not only from Indonesia , but also from Canada , Taiwan , Spain , Brazil , Israel when it comes to aerospace and defense industry ... ( S.Korean list is a joke )

They are lucky that using British-French technologies in their joint development projects

With the completion of all Turkish major military projects, Turkiye will surpass one of Europe's leading countries Germany and Italy

Yup, but dont forget that economy is also important. The reason we get set back is due to 1997 Asian Financial Crisis

Hopefully with KF21/ IFX program, N219 and N219 Amphibious, MALE UCAV Elang Hitam and Danantara backing, economic condition inshaAllah keep improving, Indonesian Aerospace with the help of Allah will get improved much in 2030 and with this can, hopefully, develop Stealth Wingman drone for IFX in the military division and R80 passenger plane in civilian division, InshaAllah.

Countries with a fully independent defense industry:

  3. China
  4. France
  5. United Kingdom
Countries with a partially dependent but strong defense industry:
  1. Germany
  2. Italy
  3. South Korea
  4. Turkey
  5. Israel

I think Turkey will be in the first group in 10 years.

I'd have to say Iran out plays all Muslim nations.
More than overpriced military toys and "real" war experience, courage is much needed. I have yet to see anybody in the Muslim world stand up for themselves against Zionists and their supporters. Be it the US or Arabs. A lot of these tough guys get in line saluting at the mention of sanctions. Some of the top listed countries can barely keep peace within their borders, meanwhile Iran is running miltias overseas ffs. I understand they lost scientists and Israel, with the help of the West, dominated their airspace. BUT, they fought and didn't gave in. That's courage! Ask the Taliban (although that's more retardation than courage). Sure UAE might be armed to their teeth, do they even know how to use the toys? Loll.. Can't use them against the buyer or their allies, so useless basically.

Türkiye had to postpone many of its projects during those years due to economic crises. Even though I find it a bit silly that you shared that list, I still genuinely want to see your country succeed. I hope you achieve that and honestly, all you need is to strengthen your infrastructure. You already have great human resource potential, and if you can revive the accumulated experience from the past, you’ll recover much more easily than many other countries.

Besides, with current projects like the KF-21 and KAAN, you’re already involved as a partner in one way or another. And through collaborations with rising countries like South Korea and Türkiye, you’re also benefiting from technology transfer. That will definitely help speed things up.

Alright gentlemen.

Due to the success of this thread, I will create a new thread later today based on the top 10 best defense industry and production in the OIC.

I have done extensive research and I will list all the companies and what they have produced and majority of you will be surprised by this top 10.

I will post each country and all of it´s defense companies and what they produce each.. It is gonna be alot of companies to post hence it´s gonna take time. I will do it later today

Countries with a fully independent defense industry:
  1. USA
  2. Russia
  3. China
  4. France
  5. United Kingdom
Countries with a partially dependent but strong defense industry:
  1. Germany
  2. Italy
  3. South Korea
  4. Turkey
  5. Israel

I think Turkey will be in the first group in 10 years.
This comparison doesn't make much sense. We should try a different way of assessing the independent defense industrial capacity of individual countries.

The degree of complete nationalization of the weapons and equipment of that country's own national army.

1. Fully nationalized means 100% not dependent on any foreign imports. Any parts and components are produced indigenously.
2. Whether it is self-developed technology, or authorized copying, or even illegal imitation, as long as it can be produced completely independently, it is considered as national production.
3. The level of sophistication of weapons and equipment is not taken into account, and the current equipment of the national army is taken as the benchmark.
4. Certain countries have chosen to carry out relevant production work in other countries within their control. However, they have all the relevant capabilities. That is, they have the capacity to resume production in a wartime emergency. This should be considered as their indigenous production capacity.

The core purpose of a fully indigenized defense industry is to completely secure the supply capacity of its national military in wartime. When the national defense industry is every bit as dependent on other countries, the consequence can be a compromise in national policy.
For example, Russia now also needs North Korea to provide them with large quantities of artillery shells, and the price Russia pays for this is to provide military technical assistance to North Korea ...... If North Korea refuses to supply Russia with artillery shells, how will Russia continue their war with Ukraine?

You could try to reassess the capacity of countries against this standard.
I will post each country and all of it´s defense companies and what they produce each.. It is gonna be alot of companies to post hence it´s gonna take time. I will do it later today
You can also reevaluate the military industrial capabilities of OIC countries by this standard.

Countries with a partially dependent but strong defense industry:
  1. Germany
  2. Italy
  3. South Korea
  4. Turkey
  5. Israel

I think Turkey will be in the first group in 10 years.

Japan also with strong defense Industry especially Naval Indutry
Japan is better than Israel in defense industry

Israel has only Air Defense Systems , Radars , UAV-UCAVs , Electronic Warfare Systems , Tank , Howitzer , MLRS and Missiles

Japan produce its own DDH like light Aircraft Carrier , Destroyer , Frigate , Submarine

also Fuji T-7 trainer Aircraft , Kawasaki T-4 jet trainer , Kawasaki C-1/2 transport Aircraft , Kawasaki P-1 ASW and maritime patrol Aircraft and OH-1 Helicopter with Mitsubishi TS1 turboshaft engine

also Japan produce its own Tank , Howitzer , Missiles , AESA Radars and many more

Countries with a fully independent defense industry:
  1. USA
  2. Russia
  3. China
  4. France
  5. United Kingdom
USA , Russia , China almost fully independent defense industry
France is following them

The UK use American E-7 AEWC , C-17A transport Aircraft , F-35 Fighter Jet , P-8 ASW Aircraft , APACHE attack Helicopter , CHINOOK Helicopter , PROTECTOR UCAV , GMLRS , TOMAHAWK cruise Missile , TRIDENT II SLBM

Countries with a partially dependent but strong defense industry:
  1. Japan
  2. Italy
  3. South Korea
  4. Turkiye
  5. India
