Am an Air Force guy, F-111 (Cold War) then F-16 (Desert Storm), and I will be honest but blunt -- that your argument is irrelevant.
The Israelis knows theirs and Iran's limitations. The next US administration may turn on them, so for now, they will exploit every advantage they can find. Together, the US and Israel set Iran's nuclear ambitions back in terms of years, not months, and within those years both can create additional blockages for Iran's future nuclear ambitions.
For example...How stable is the soil around those sites? Do YOU have any idea on how explosions weakens soil integrity that have been built up over centuries if not millenia? For all practical purposes, those sites are done.
What you are doing is satisfying personal grievances by pointing out Israelis flaws. Makes YOU feel better going to sleep at nights. That is not how the US and Israelis works. I know from personal experience that we, the US military, focuses more on our flaws than our strengths. The Israelis are no different.
Here is what I have been telling this forum since '09...
Air Dominance. The ability of an air force to compel other air forces to re-array themselves, and usually into subordinate postures.
Air Superiority. The ability of an air force to achieve control of contested airspace, repeatedly if necessary, and if there are losses, those losses would not pose a statistical deterrence to that ability.
Air Supremacy. He flies, he dies.
Israel has at least Air Superiority over Iran. Simple as that. And as long as Donald Trump is in office. In modern warfare, that is a loss, and given that Iran can do nothing, except to lob a few missiles, that is a humiliating posture.
Gambit, what you started by saying about "Air Dominance/Superiority/Supremacy" is correct however that is not something new !....Its like saying "its a clear day and the sky is blue !".
The questions that needs to be asked are first doctrinal, mandate and responsibilities and the overall aims that the political leadership assigns and hence the budget to an armed force of the country.
1 - Therefore, what is the doctrine of - in this case - the air force of IRI?
2 - What is the responsibility of the IRIAF?
3 - What is the budget of IRIAF?
You cannot conclude the outcomes of a pre-emptive, surprise, pre-planned strike on a particular place and time of choosing that is decided by the attacking side to evaluate the defenders.
Consider the above 3 question in regards to USAF/IsAF vs IRIAF and then conclude whether IRIAF fulfilled its mandate or not !
Best wishes !
