Except no country other than India recognizes Kashmir as India. Most stayed neutral and there are UNSC resolutions that called for a plebiscite to determine the matters on Kashmir. Whereas, all UNSC resolutions of Karabakh affirm azeri territorial integrity and call on Armenia to end the occupation and leave Karabakh. And the borders of Armenia and Azerbaijan are internationally recognized based on the borders of the post soviet states. Apples and Oranges.

Turkey is a guarantor power in the agreement that made Cyprus independent in the first place. Greeks shouldn't have tried to monopolize power and change the constitution to facilitate Enosis. Anyways, its all ancient history and has been discussed before, I don't want to rehash it.
