All dual use missiles, such as Shaheen series, will likely remain with the Strategic Force Commands (SFC). Each of the military service has its own SFC but they fall under the supervision of Strategic Plans Division (SPD) and take launch orders from the National Command Authority (NCA). The centralized authority of the nuclear command and control system is considered non-negotiable and Pakistan Army was the one that pushed for it.For example:
Pakistan's Shaheen series of missiles. Once the Rocket Force becomes independent, these nuclear weapons will be under its full control.
In the P5 countries, a small number of nuclear missiles are always in a state of readiness for launch, known as "combat readiness." Other nuclear missiles are stored or in reserve, and their activation requires a significant lead time.
However, maintaining a nuclear missile force in "combat readiness" for a long period of time requires numerous requirements and substantial financial expenditures.
The Pakistan rocket force will be purely conventional. The nuclear rocket force was developed long time ago, it’s called Pakistan Strategic Forces Command (PSFC).No.
There's no need to incorporate these MLRS into a new, independent military service. They would be far more effective within the Army. Bringing them under the Rocket Force's purview would only diminish their effectiveness.
The Rocket Force, as an independent military service, is meant to launch lethal attacks against the enemy, regardless of cost. This is completely different from traditional warfare thinking. In traditional warfare thinking, war is negotiable. However, when the supreme commander decides to activate the Rocket Force to launch a lethal attack, such warfare is not negotiable. This is the significance of its independence.

Its lunch authority will under GHQ ...Major doctrinal change that I see is a [conventional] rocket force decoupled from the SPD, responds directly to GHQ's orders, but has a delegated or pre-delegated launch authority.
Its lunch authority will under GHQ ...
Most probably...

The new force will likely only be responsible for conventional missile systems - such as Fatah series - and take orders directly from the GHQ.
This defies conventional logic. The Pakistan rocket force will be purely conventional. The nuclear rocket force was developed long time ago, it’s called Pakistan Strategic Forces Command (PSFC).
The purpose here is to create conventional missile attack capabilities and avoid escalation directly into a nuclear conflict. Allowing operational flexibility.
Exactly... Only if they have nuclear captivity under them .. will make the effective and confusing for enemy's..This defies conventional logic.
Currently, all known rocket forces in various countries are strategic missile forces. They use nuclear missiles as their primary weapon, with conventional missiles as a supplement.
So, let's await further information from Pakistani authorities.
So fully replicating PLA Rocket force model, that's strange. We don't have as much resources as China, nevertheless a welcome addition.
But it should better be modelled same as PLA ROCKET FORCE, not something under PA only.

On January 1, 1956, Qian Xuesen, the father of Chinese missiles, wrote the name of this unit, "火箭军(Rocket Force)," on the blackboard while giving a lecture to senior PLA generals. ------ This is the first time this word appears in human history. If i am not wrong ..
