It’s not so much the loss of lives persay, but economic damage, especially long lasting crippling strikes, preventing the capacity to bounce back from a war as well as military humiliation, such as a failure of the air defense over key locations such as Delhi or Mumbai. Indians feel they can’t be hit. If that false sense of security is shattered, it be a paradigm shift, back to one where India sees Pakistan as on parity with them. Quality strikes not so much quantity strikes.A good suggestion. Only problem is Bharat's threshold to absorb pains is dead low. For them, death of their soldiers and destruction of their equipment = defeat. Therefore, they'd rather quit and go for ceasefire then let the Pak side keep on pounding them.....
