1 -- Tonnage is nothing to do with the number of missiles
The important thing is VLS System with quad pack capability

FDI Frigates have French SYLVER VLS without quad pack capability for ASTER-15 SAM

but American MK-41 VLS has quad pack capability for ESSM SAM
Turkish Navy modernized MEKO-200TN Frigates have 16 cells MK-41 VLS to carry 64 ESSM SAMs


He said that ISTIF Frigate will not have 64 Missiles



soon Turkish MILDAS VLS will have quad pack capability for HISAR-D Block2 SAM
so ISTIF class Frigate with 16 cells VLS to carry 64 HISAR-D Block2 SAMs



Also FDI Frigate armed with 8 x EXOCET anti-ship Missiles
Turkish ISTIF Frigate armed with 16 x ATMACA anti-ship Missiles

Akritas was a knowledgable and pretty cool guy,which ended up not posting frequently because of your constant rumbling and obnoxious behavior. The guy must have been fed up. And I remember how every time I cornered you with facts and solid arguments,you would go back to repeating historical victories or repeat the same long lists of Turkish superweapons and projects,as if nobody read them the first,second,third,fourth,fifth or 500th time you had posted them.
