Why not study the seeker of an ennemy missile? It can give you very precious datas, as frequency (or frequencies) used, electronic counter counter measures used (or not) to counter it and the level of integration of the discret components and some other datas (I'm not electronical engineer).

Why do you think US and NATO were very found of all the russian electronic counter measures shelters found intact or nearly intact in ukraine?

I believe it was "Raj" on old pdf who had a very lengthy argument session about PL-15 and meteor properties. That time India just inducted Rafales and they were very proud of meteor and it's lethality. Someone said PL-15 and other Chinese missiles have more range and Indian troll very mockingly said that Chinese tech was very poor, copy paste bla bla and that "China was just putting more and more motor fuel inside missiles instead of electronics".
Everyone of us laughed so hardly. This guy was lecturing all of us like a professional missile scientist.
May war proved how much wrong he was.

And yet there is PL-16, a totally new and advanced tech in the same size envelope of PL-15.
