No saar, actually all Ra-fails were shot down by mighty PAF, endia was at it's mercy, even IMF is scared of it.

Again, if you say this was not a mock drill, it is on PAF to show any BDA for their strikes at Barnala.
DGAO and DGMO made a lot of claims of hitting frontline Indian installations, causing "major damage", radio.gov.pk outright calls it destruction.
One wonders why isn't the destruction visible...

For already announced drills, Mr. Sharminder Singh (who, by the way, is a fact-checker by profession no less and presumably who is already well aware about the dates of the drills!) needs to be told by a DC(DC himself needs clarification!) who received a communication from an Air Force officer about the nature of the blast!
This much head-wrangling and this many lies could severely impact the decision-making of ordinary Pakistanis.
Shamelessness is one thing, but you lot profit by creating this news hysteria.

tbh, I do wonder though...there must have been a rationale for the EU to support Meteor and, likewise, the Turks to back not one, but two ramjet-powered AAM projects. I'm not discounting the proven efficacy of the rocket-motor approach re: PL-15, but there's got to be something else at play here. Could it be something like cruise efficiency or something (due to the air-breathing engine)? Maybe the EU thought of the Meteor back in the '80s as a way to deal with Russian bombers?

Not all, just 4 Ra-fails as well as the rest & yes despite numerical disparity IAF was at the mercy of PAF. This epic humiliation after 2019

The meteor reflects the security threats of the time it was incepted, but those design parameters are now problematic against the PL15E / AIM260 approach it seems. Given that there were no meteor launches, we do not know how effective the missile could be. Within its parameters, it maybe very effective but outranged by newer missiles.
EU has no replacement planned for the Meteor as of now.
The UK is looking at new long range BVR missile concepts as part of the GCAP project with the UK and Japan, and they are both working on some ideas. Japan has to face the China threat, so it needs a solution. The Meteor may be part of the initial armaments of GCAP/Tempest, but i suspect something may come along later which looks very different from the Meteor.

That is what I suspect. The meteor is meant to be a light(ish) missile with a long range to take out lumbering Russian bombers with a half-decent capability against jets. Like they want to do stuff like this that they probably can't do with a slightly bigger boy:
Don't get me wrong, the Meteor is probably a killer against the AIM120C7 for example.
Regarding the Turks - they do have an AIM120 analog as well - Gokdogan. They simply might be trying out solutions. Also they are likely gearing their fleet to fight Greek AAMRAMs and not PL-15s. But this is just speculation.
Also PL-15 is a later development so it is unfair to expect the Meteor to be able to outclass it. The Chinese probably went, here's a meteor, how do we defeat it.

If they all released their payloads before being hit, it's possible all Indian attacks were aerial on the 7 May. To hide IAF's losses, they may have decided to credit the Indian Army instead.
