It's says ONLY MISSILES NOT BMs, missiles could be anything air to air/air to surface and anti-ship missiles but not specifically referred in the tweets that KSA has solid fuel BMs

In the tweet that I just posted to you, lol. A tweet that was already posted before. You have not read the Twitter feed at all before commenting. Pretty unserious if you want to have a discussion and are quoting people.

What is also encouraging is the fact that numerous underground ballistic missile bases are being built while we speak, those detected and confirmed by recent satellite imagery, the whole process ongoing since the 1980's, leads me to belief that every scenario has been taken into consideration

Depends on which ballistic missiles, what you equip them with (chemical weapons, cobalt bombs etc. in an all-out war) and your adversary and geography.
KSA has or will have nuclear weapons either way so a well-developed and well-established local ballistic missile program is very much needed.
Important for the Saudi Arabian space sector as well which is rapidly advancing as we speak.

The launch ceremony was held at the Air Defense Forces Institute in Jeddah.
During the event, the commander of the Royal Saudi Air Defense Forces handed over the unit’s flag to the commander of the 1st Air Defense Group, marking the unit's operational readiness.
The deployment of the first THAAD battery is part of a broader defense project aimed at boosting the Kingdom’s air defense capabilities and ensuring the protection of vital strategic infrastructure and national interests.
