They are all old and trusted. Khamenei led destruction of Iran as a nation may have an ideological origin in him being a Marxist minded Mullah who hated progress but likes of vultures waiting for his departure are pure new money profiteers, hence even more reliable for enemies of Iran to use them against the nation.

They will not attack if IRI agrees on Missile ranges. If no agreement is reached and IRGC continues tests, production etc we will see ALBMs flying from above Iraq again.
