This is obviously about Iran. Greatness in the Middle East cannot have anything to do with a small place like Gaza for sure. They might even be preparing for a ground invasion of Iran, or at least the invasion of our islands in the Persian Gulf as a starting point.

IRGC is a military arm without much of a political brain of its own. They do have full influence over MODAFL and operational scale plans but state level decisions over nuclear program, foreign policy, socio-economic decision making is not in their hands. Soleimani could have turned IRGC into a fully state controlling entity but those who followed him, the likes of Salami or Ghaani were/are clowns at best.

China will not comply with US sanctions against Iran, but will abide by UN sanctions.

Iran use its own oil.

The current oil trade is a buyer's market. China will, while complying with the UN, grant oil orders to friendly countries to help their economies.
