It boils down to which side one is looking from. One nations terrorist can also be someone else’s freedom fighters. Kashmir, Baluchistan, Palestine, Maoists in India, Insurgencies in NE India are few examples of these scenarios.

Then there is another mode -That is called using non-state actors to propagate one’s causes. That is the pure form of sponsored terrorism from all angles. Purest and most vile form of terrorism. Sponsoring killing of civilians for the sake of propagating own agenda.

There are very few nations that have mastered this form of spreading terrorism. Their serving heads of state as well as the many Ex ones have accepted it multiple times on camera and have gloated about it.

FWIW, I never claimed that India didn't play with Pakistan in 1971 or meddled with Sri Lankan affair (LTTE). India is no doodh ka dhula. That designation is only for the "Pak". You see, serving uniformed generals can attend funerals with UN designated wanted men/terrorists and still be Pak.

As for the Bishnoi Gang, good on Canada. India govt has this gang (and members) on wanted list - good progress

Such excess can happen in an insurgent situation and I condemn it. What you need to remember that it is not an institutional policy and strict action is taken at all such cases.

I am sure that you would claim otherwise. Keep claiming.

I can also post links to atrocities by your army in Baloch areas. But, I have a doubt that it is approved by the government and is most likely an act of transgression at lower level.

Kashmir was not the only part. There has been support to Khalistan movement too in the past. Very well documented. Accepted by Zia and Musharraf and many more.

So calm down and don’t try to turn it around on me and India.
