Sb. with respect, What should have Pakistan done then? Be apologetic after taking loses and let their bromance with indian chaddiz go on? There is no legitimate government in afghanistan.

What is Pakistani death toll before these strikes? What are we afraid of post these strikes? it is a clear choice between should Pakistan let the earlier be the norm or the latter a new norm? Any Pakistani who is siding with earlier choice has his head buried deep in sand.

Why is it hard for some Pakistanis to see that the dog was hit in Kabul? heart of afghanistan. The enemies of Pakistan are being sheltered there by blessing of current oppressors of afghanistan. Pakistan I guess for the first time has overtly hunted her enemies, the afghani guy visiting india should thank modi for it.

Any political party, person, entity, individual, organisation, chief minister, chairman, prisoner who at this stage still advocate for reconciliation and talk will be doing disservice to Pakistan, they should keep their mouths shut. The time for talks will come when the next guy nominated to head ttp refuses the position.

The next step is to make sure that if this dog is dead, the new dog who takes his position is hunted down and dispatched with one week of his becoming the new head dog. Keep repeating this, till the time there is no one willing to become the head dog. Violate their borders, airspace and what not to achieve this, in any case there is no legitimate government in that country, that should be excuse enough to cover the actions and make them legitimate.

Ub kya ho ga khud kush hamlay kary gay yeh log .. I say just make sure the next guy who steps up to take this dog's position is taken care of in week's time as soon as he becomes the head dog.
 
I hope and pray that the war is taken to Afghanistan and that pretty soon all fighting takes place on Afghan Soil, away from Pakistan.

For those who dream of a 2-front war; it is a difficult thing to fight a war in Afghanistan against militia, especially Urban Warfare where civilian casualties can become high. However, it is a different matter altogether when it is about defending our borders. The 50k odd Talibaan force can be wiped out within months, if push comes to shove!

We neither have the desire nor the capacity to sustain boots on ground in that shithole.

We need to keep pounding their hideouts from air - The TTP needs to understand that they are no more safe in that shithole -- and perhaps the Munafiq Mullahs of IEA would also come to their senses.

I certainly won’t celebrate or gush out in happiness like some here. Wrong policies of Pakistan have contributed to the mess in Afghanistan. Pakistan has been actively involved inside that country with CIA help from the time before the USSR invasion. It’s not like we’re innocent victims of the evil Afghans.

If Pakistan wasn’t so economically weak we might have been able to help develop the country and they would have become our best friends. But all we’ve given them is war and more war.

Najam Sethi was saying a few days ago that the Taliban may let Pakistan attack the TTP and they will shout and scream to mollify their public. So, the attacks may be with their tacit permission, and maybe even their help.

No one should deny this. We definitely had a hand and we never should have went against the Taliban in support of USA(It's also a open secret that we also supported Taliban against USA secretly),. The first mistake was ours. but I think 20 years of suicide bombing in almost every city of Pakistan multiple times should have been enough revenge.ttp wants to take over all kpk and are willing to kill as many as they want. Naturally every step must be taken to eliminate them.Once ttp ends then we would have no problem with the afghan Taliban and they should not have with us.BT FIRST ALL AND EVERY EFFORT MUST BE MADE TO ELIMINATE TTP. AND force afghan Taliban to help us in the process. They must be forced

So much negative ranting about AFG right now by the public, army fans and politicians. Just be careful, we may have to talk later on various issues. So much hate might push IEA into RAW's hands.

To be fair, the nest was a pain in our behinds for a long time now and the hornets have been stinging us for years. It is high time we took the fight to them.

Also, stone age Afghans may not be scared of a few firecrackers, but the reason for all that was the shelters in Pakistan where they lived protected, comfortable lives. Now, Afghanistan is their sanctuary but when we start hitting their hideouts, their homes where their families face the brunt of retaliation for families we have lost; when we take the fight to their safe zones, only then will things start to change.

We should be fighting battles in Afghanistan, if we have to. Pakistan's borders and Pakistan's land should be peaceful through any means necessary.

Although a very bad example, but Pakistan should do what Israel has done to Hamas and Hezbolla. Kill the nominated leader within a few hours until there is none left.
