Pakistan-Af: Operation Khyber Storm

Ask the PTI govt in KP. Also ask them to disband their provincial assembly and surrender to the will of the local TTP Ameer. After all this is what PTI has been suggesting Pakistanis do.
Its absolutely not what they've suggested.

Don't let your political views blind you from the truth.

PTI is naive, not stupid. They think they can negotiate a peace deal that gets them to disarm TTP and tribal areas. They're not stupid enough to surrender to the TTP, and would fight back if push comes to shove.

A multi ethnic one not so much. Let's be honest Pakistan has never gone down this route, it was always we have Pashtuns they have Pashtuns it will be ok.
I hope Pakistanis understand this is not and will never be the case.
It was surprisingly Pakistani Pashtun friends who told me this years and years ago, yet I said "you sure"?

I totally agree, We kind of did that way because of Pashtuns in PK . Just because we had the Pashtuns and Afghanistan had them too. What about other ethnicities in Afghanistan. We didn’t even ask them. They had to join our Pashtun dominated created Afghanistan Government. Wa not a great success so far.

Where do we go from here now?

No other country will tolerate this. Imagine if in the UK we had a faction of lunatics roaming around with guns, doing as they pleased.

Rehabilitation or death. The shariah they ask for is not shariah, just a red herring.

I am waiting on a ceasefire. Any news on that dear friends?

If it were not for Taliban's idiocy, this war couldn't happen.

Taking over an country's posts? Man, its beyond idiocy.

If Talibs cannot think about what they are going to do, i am ready to give them some instructions lol.

First step is to leave the caveman's mentality and try for sake of negotiations. Even if it takes years.

The last thing to do is to grab an other country's border posts for nothing. It was an act of invasion.

My political views have been formed by seeing what has transpired in that region for the past 20 years.
Please see my post above.
What they (PTI) suggest is neither realistic nor possible for them to implement. Unless they give in to TTP, there is no middle-ground solution.

Please propose to me what PTI's position is when the other side's minimalist position is the imposition of their version of nizam in Pakistan? Where and how will PTI make space or change that position? If that were possible, don't you think over 50 delegations sent to Afghanistan would have helped address it?

According to a Turkish analyst, Turkey may find herself beside China supporting Pakistan against the Hindutva-Taliban evil combo....

Crush them like ants....

Hang their dead bodies at the public squares for 7 days and 7 nights....

When will that time come when PTI, along with the center, goes after this "sartan" in earnest?
PTI should be bringing clarity to the KP masses on this topic. I feel their entire approach is muddled, confused and the ppl on the ground are paying for it with blood and treasure.

I already addressed this by saying PTI's position is naive and won't work.

Your position seems to be that it's deliberately malicious, when in reality it is not.

Again, I want to point out that every party has had similar views in the past, only to face reality when they come into power and face betrayal. PTI never had to face that reality yet, but they will eventually.

Again, this targeting of PTI is a bit hypocritical, when every major party has had similar approaches in the past, yet I've never seen any criticisms of them, only praise.

When was the last time PTI said we should fight ttp?

@Watandar I think these demands are good and reasonable by TTP. What do you have to say?

'Had to' bro is an understatement. They were literally massacred by them. Look what happened to the Hazara and continues to happen to them.

Because PTI is the only 1 that continues to insist on dialogue with ttp. The other parties after trying dialogue and getting bit in return numerous times by these snakes have moved on and want a decisive action. PTI is the only planting discord in the nation.
