This thing will be over soon at this rate. I think this is an ideal scenario to actually bloody troops under combat conditions.

Rotate our premier front line infantry units in our best corps at Mangla and Multan which will face the brunt of any Indian attack

Nothing can simulate the experiance of facing real bullets fired at you, then conducting a full frontal assault. We may lose men, but we will lose men in training anyway.

The Lts and Captains of today will be the Company and Battalion commanders of Pakistan Army 10-15 years from now. Harden them.

Get as many SSG and assault Talibs behind enemy lines, het our boys trained up.

Next war with India this exoeriance can save thousands of lives and may make the difference between victory and defeat

Some of you guys need to calm down and use your brains

This is a conflict, a war

Their are 30-40 million Afghans, they will throw bodies at a large border and they will get some success attacking our positions

This is not a pillow fight where we will take no damage

Just relax, understand their will be casualties

Understand that Taliban do not have the resources for a long conflict and what will happen is they will throw men at the border, they will take high casualties and Pakistan will gradually degrade them and hit HVTs over the next week or so


Taliban is asking for cease-fire multiple times, but they don't have full control of their forces so on the battlefield the conflict goes on as Taliban leadership repeatedly ask for cease-fire

They are now in charge of a nation and winter is coming

Pakistan has planned this well and the idea is put so much military, financial, trade pressure that in negotiations we can force abandonment of TTP and BLA

This conflict may drag out on a low level for days or weeks


But don't be so foolish not to expect we will not take casualties

This is war and just like against India we have to fight a d force a victory whilst damaging our enemies
