3. Local police ( cobra battalion, Grey Hound etc)who know the terrain, language and people.
4. Genuine support from the top administration and political party.

What our Pakistani friends miss is that the real solution to insurgency is economics. Development changes minds, everything else is incidental, police action, terrain familiarity, even ideological alignment is secondary. Just look at Tibet.

Surveillance drones can monitor the railway line days prior to its departure as well as monitor the train as it moves along the railway line. This can give indication of BLA movement, their logistics line, ambush tactics and retreating paths.

This train can be a good way to lure BLA in, capture alive as many as possible and then strike their hideouts with the information from the captured personnel.

How come you have more insurgencies than us as u guys act like we are bankrupt and we have nothing but India is flourishing. Either you are wrong or your govt.

IMO we should do something like the mossad type shi with these assholes...maybe walkie talkie with explosives or faulty weapons by posing as indians and causing them damage...some thing like that

nah man excpet the unknown gunman..iam talking about sabotaging their complex(if they have any) or supply lines...but the problem is the vast landscape of the province
