THINK TANK: CONSULTANT
Bhai in this sense India Pakistan border should be called "Radcliffe Line" ..... ??? We call it Radcliffe Line ....??? No because it is an international border.Well Durand line is the name of the border itself, btw isn't them openly telling you about their intention of invading and trying to take your territory A pretty good justification for you to conduct preemptive strikes![]()
Issue is Afghan always call Pak-Afghan border as Durand Line and some "Loy bar brigade" in Pakistan also term it as Durand Line.
We need to understand the term "Line" in international law have lower sanctity then International Border and "could be subjected to the final settlement".
Hope I have clear my point.
Regarding your second point just because of perceived intentions of your enemy one could not initiate any preemptively aggression.
Recent attack of Israel on Iran is the classic example in relation to you point of preemptive aggression one could look for and I don't need to explain it was wrong on what grounds.
