This is entirely the fault of Pakistani leadership. They agreed to attend the talks. We had good momentum on our side. Now that momentum is broken and the Taliban and TTP are back to their old ways.

These negotiations are merely formality and symbolic.

Pakistan and Afghanistan are diametrically opposed on border issues, the latest differences is that Pakistan is now willing to enforce its right and expectation.

Small things? Do you understand how minutely diplomatic verbiage is examined, interpreted and deduced.

What was before just a cuckoo idea of these savages has now been brought to international forum.

And Pakistan being quite about it gives credence to the claim.
