partly true. The Swiss has very competitive manufacturing industries. I see lots of Chinese here. From the faces I think they come from Beijing, Shanghai, Hongkong. I don’t think they are poor.
Swiss always consistently has good relation with China for long time partly due to their neutral status in Europe, so it has more independence from US and EU. There are much cooperation between the two countries in the industries. I wouldn't be surprised that there are some number of Chinese in Swiss working, travelling or residing.

Yes, neutrality sounds good it is best the Swiss and likely for Viet Nam as well.
But there is a hack.
Germany, France, Italy respect Swiss neutrality. In Vietnam we are not 100 percent sure with China and America if they respect neutrality. So it much depends on the goodwill of great powers.

3 years to build the first 4,000 ton missile frigate
That’s too long.
The second, third, fourth most likely a year

The official Vietnamese language classification of this ship is "Multi-purpose anti-submarine".

Ship displacement is 2,000 tons, not 4000 tons as previously thought. All the weapons and sensors are produced by Vietnam's military-industrial complex, with the exception of helicopter and ship propulsion systems. This ship has the highest indigenous content to date, all thanks to our military personnel who persevered in silent mode for at least 20 years to get to this point today.

Four-phase fixed AESA radar
8 x AShM
12-16 VLS for SAM (likely quadpacked)
1 x 76.2 mm Naval Gun
2 x six-barrel 30 mm CIWS
4 x VSHORAD missiles
2 x RBU-6000
4 x 533 mm torpedoes
2 X PK-10
Sonar, FOG-INS, CMS, EO/IR sensors

There is no official data in dimensions, weight, tonnage but I think new ASW frigates are much bigger, when comparing to the size of Gepard frigates. Looking at the bow, backboard, the position of antiship missile battery, vertical launch missile battery.

If implemented Vietnam property registration is more modern than Germany. Here all about “Grundbuch” in paper forms.

Carmaker Vinfast opens 60 showrooms in India, 21 in the Philippines. That’s fast.

making a robot army with automatic guns and anti aircraft missiles will be interesting.

End of a tradition
As the economy develops, probably in 5 years street vendors will disappear.
