A very important aspect that is generally overlooked.

The latest weapons in the hands of Taliban terrorists pose a grave risk to the safety of civilian planes. These ultra-modern weapons also have the real possibility of being transferred to other terrorist groups and used in terrorist attacks in other countries (including the Pakistan, Iran, CARs, China, even Russia, etc.)

International community should provide any aid to Taliban only in exchange for these weapons.

Chinese never trusted the Talibs, that's why they purchased the mineral rights outright . Talibs didn't even know how to leverage what little leverage they had to get some serious international backers to prop up their feeble regime.

Taliban regime is not a government. They have no recognition from international community of being a legitimate government in Afghanistan. Afghan Taliban are functioning as a cult. So, they get peanuts from the international community only for the sake of humanity.

I don’t know what double game by the military you’re talking about but Afghan Taliban cannot play double game with Chinese.

Afghan Taliban are good only at terrorism and smuggling. Pakistan has choked most, if not all, of the smuggling channels going through Pakistan. As a reaction, you see increased terrorist attacks in Pakistan by these Khawarij terrorists. Ultimately, they will come to their knees.

Afghan greed and love for money is infamously known in this region. You can imagine their love for money by noticing that there is no dearth of people in afghanistan willing to explode themselves (i.e. suicide bombers) for merely rupees one lakh. That is being greedy and outrightly stupid.

The elephant in the room is India. India openly supports the TTP and BLA. Let's face it. It would be game over pretty quickly when the TTP and BLA receive no support from India.
