Of course they are when America got tired of wasting money on that hashish smoking idiots, and after that same Afghans who were trained by some of the finest military powers ran within a day, and now Taliban are in power because no one wants to waste their bombs on these useless creatures, for as long as they don't commit yet another terrorist attack in any western countries they can run their own hell hole however they want too, or else someother power will come knocking and blast the crap out of them, and they will return to caves and sending young kids with VBIED's to blow shit up.
