Afghans yet to receive ‘genuine justice’ for Western coalition abuses: HRW

That's your opinion. The UN monitoring reports says otherwise

"Al-Qaida continued to enjoy the patronage of the de facto authorities. It acted as a service provider and multiplier for other terrorist groups in Afghanistan in terms of training and advice, principally to TTP."

I take their findings over a Canadian who can't even speak the language.

For now. It's not the ned of history.

Pakistan is doing exactly that and hence your unease.
Okay then why is Afghan Taliban ruling Afghanistan and USA and NATO have fled Afghanistan now?

Otherwise USA could have nuked the Afghan Taliban?

Come on, be honest now. Afghan Taliban won the war fair and square.

Stop talking nonsense here.

I am against Al Qaeda and all forms of terrorism.

Whether Afghan Taliban have connections to Al Qaeda, I do not believe so.

Even the American government under Joe Biden told Afghan Taliban to cut ties with Al Qaeda, and the Afghan Taliban denies having any connections to Al Qaeda.

My unease? No, your unease!

You cannot swallow that NATO had to leave Afghanistan and now Afghan Taliban have won the war and have returned to Afghanistan government since 2021!

Swallow that! ;) :ROFLMAO:

Stop your foolishness and stop wasting my time.

I remain convinced to this day the US would not have invaded A'stan had bin Laden been handed over.
US deliberately made a demand that Afghanistan could NOT fulfil. So an invasion was a foregone conclusion.

Afghanistan was, and still is to this day, an extremely poor country, a failed state basically. Asking Afghans to locate, capture and handover a single man with practically no resources - there was only ever one outcome. Talk about setting someone up to fail.

I don't have a problem with the Afghan Taliban, you twit.

Afghan Taliban has every right to rule their country.

Who the hell is USA? Is USA my king? No its not. I do not care what USA says.

Already Afghan Taliban has diplomatic relations with Russia.
I'm sure the Americans are upset that someone on PDF doesn't like them. :giggle:
Stupid question

How culpable are Afghans better question, they have agency here let's not pretend they don't

Pakistan is a separate entity that worked with ground realities, as best it could towards defeating the Soviet empire, lets keep a reality check on what was going on then , the afghans totally embraced the war

The aghan thinking approach is entirely their own, if Pakistan could control how come this mess exists?

That ends the question on Pakistan culpability

Afghanistan cannot blame anyone else for their own predicament at this point, they are choosing banditry and backwards thinking, remember the Americans did try to institutionalise them, they revert to type.
Pakistan has no agency when it comes to Afghanistan? Sounds like someone is avoiding accountability. The Taliban were agents (proxies) of Pakistan. Why deny this? It supported them from the 1990s until it turned on them. Yes, Pakistan is fighting them now, but it helped create the backlash.
You Indians are hand and glove with the Taliban. Surely you Indians can and must convince your partner Taliban to deliver justice for ordinary Afghans?
If India is hand in glove with the Taliban, it wasn't by design, but as a result of Pakistan's massive miscalculation, which India took advantage of. Besides, it's not India's job to deliver justice to the Afghans any more than Pakistan's.

Yes unfortunately the relationship Pakistan has with the Afghan Taliban is not good in recent times.

But we will fix that. Afghan Taliban are back in power in Afghanistan.

Time to wake up and smell the coffee or chai.

I talked to quite a few Americans, many told me in Saudi Arabia that there are many in USA and in the West who were against the Afghanistan war actually.

Haha! Jealous Indian. Afghanistan is Pakistan's backyard, and we have every right to that real estate.
