I see all people equally and don't favor necessarily anyone just because he is of the same race as me. Diversity is respected in Islam too, when Jews and Christians lived peacefully in Muslim Andalusia during those times in Iberia where we Muslims don't force others to change their religion.

Diversity and respect for people of other cultures and races is important especially if you are a minority. Indians lack common sense, so they shouldn't blame anyone when the Native Europeans start hating on them.

Only issue here is outsourcing has reduced the number of jobs. It does not matter who the CEO is. Disproportionate amount of outsourcing heads for India.

The ratio of population of INDAK:BD is roughly 24:4:3. Now, there are 1.9 mio IND, 1.5 PAK & 0.65 BDs in UK. One could argue that there are far too many Pakistanis and too few Indians in UK.

That apart take the average income level and education level of the three nationalities. IND outshine the other two by miles.

One could argue that UK and all other developed countries would be better off with more Indian and less PAK/ BD immigrants.

More often than not, the founders would have less than 50% equity, the VC firms and angel investors would own majority shares. If those investors sell the company, the new owners can sack the founders. If the company is private, they can even play dirty games like issue more shares to whomever and dilute the original founders into oblivion.
