Here in the UK, the white english are claiming that sunak and braverman brought in 100s of 1000s of their fellow indians into britain and now there is a backlash brewing against indians in the conservative and other main political parties. The white english say that sunak and braverman used the cover of Islamaphobia to bring in the indians. The conservative party has been practically destroyed by this and the reform party is gaining massive traction amongst the white english as they claiming that they will halt ALL immigration.

Indians also underestimated the resilience and determination of Muslims.

Bangladeshi (Sylheti) Muslims aren’t far behind in GCSE results despite 99% attending state schools. They are close third behind Indians and Chinese.

And third generation Pakistanis are on par with Hindus.

I go to india regularly. Highlight of all my vacations, for me, my family and friends. Being of Indian origin, going to India will always be something I enjoy. If ALL immigration is halted, it will affect not only Indians but Pakistanis/BDs too. Also do remember that the jobs that Indians do in UK- tech, banking etc can be offshored to IND. But the jobs that Pakistanis/BDs take up in UK cannot be offshored to PAK/BD. So while it maybe a zero sum game for Indians, it will be a net negative for PAK/BD.

You of all people should know I give credit to Indians for gaming the system.

Muslims just aren’t programmed that way.

Most take halal mortgages despite being less lucrative.

99% won’t entertain exploitative rates of interest.

Virtually everyone gives 2% to charity.

Muslims who are scum - are really scum. Hence disproportionately in prisons in west lol

Coping is coping, whether on Twitter or pdf. The debate you are so eager to discuss here is nothing more than coping, repetitive, and as old as immigration to America itself. Every newcomer climbing up the american ladder, and as a result pissing off his neighbors by moving into their rich former white only neighborhoods, has faced it. Nothing new.

But America is still America, the land of capitalism. If your skills can now be picked up by someone willing to work for less, you’ve got two options—step up your game or learn a skill set that’s harder to replicate.

And sure, you can rant about nepotism or gatekeeping all you want on Twitter, or pdf, but that won’t change anything. Focus on what’s within your control—your skills. And if you think better laws could give you or the dear Americans a better fighting chance, go ahead and nudge your policymakers. I'm sure the Indians around the world are doing the same Or cope. But piggy riding white racism won't get you anywhere.

But you don't need to tell me this, the debate is not with me

I have a view, it's not as hostile as you might imagine, but the actual debate is between some Indians and some Americans, who are indeed annoyed.

75% of households from the Bangladeshi ethnic group were in the 2 lowest income quintiles (after housing costs were deducted) between April 2021 and March 2024.

If this source is correct, it means that 45% of all Indians are in top 2 quintiles while only 15% BD and 10% PAK folks are.

Yes! But Indians have the most and have the most to lose.

Plus Muslim share will grow due to higher birth rate and higher rates of marriage.

And hindus will fall behind if they cannot make up the numbers through immigration lol

It won't really affect Pakistanis and Bangladeshis as we don't really come to the UK in the same numbers that indians do nowadays. The white english in the UK are now saying that if we need immigrants, the majority should come from Europe. That's why keir starmer is trying to cut a deal with the EU in establishing some sort of limited free movement from the eu into the uk:

I specifically pointed to GCSE results. Most are yet to join the labour market.

Hindus had a head start due to most coming via Africa - it will take a generation to close the income gap.
