Elaborate more about Bangalore. Why did you mention Bangalore in particular? Don't cities like Chennai, Hyderabad and Noida have industry friendly labour laws similar to Bangalore?

I am sure there are many Indian cities which have similar economic and social climate as compared to Bangalore, but given the sheer size and vintage of its tech and entrepreneurial depth maybe the other centres may fall a bit short.

Delhi-NCR, Mumbai, Pune, Hyd, Chennai and possibly even the likes of Kolkata, Coimbatore, Jaipur would come up well but maybe a bit behind BLR.

No, that is obviously not the case. There are large IT/ITES businesses in other major cities as well. In fact we should move to smaller and smaller cities (like Vembu is doing with Zoho) to reduce costs, and spread prosperity wider.
