Essentially, people's migration is not a brain drain for the home country. People and their minds are perishable. They get utilised if they land in a perfect sector and research.
I am not saying it is a brain gain like 12th-pass usurper Asim Munir, but it really is for the individual.
However, it is not good for the home country as people are critical thinkers and agitators (who can bring a change), leave the country, and there are no role models for the next generation in that vicinity. Therefore, it is a huge loss for the country.
