Update: As per very reliable sources it is revealed now that India's latest Tejas MK1A jets have 24 four airframes but have no engines, only two MK1A jets were delivered to IAF and that two sent for air show....One of them have problems of leaking and other one jets Crashed.

Now every body cursing USA for not providing engines on time and since only MK1A jets have BVR and air refueling capabilities so they were over used to train pilots.
If they don't have enough flyable aircraft, why take any of them to an air show?

Ridiculous Indian leadership full of Hindu Extremists.

Update: Now as per Indian experts now they will putt all efforts to build their own 5th gen fighter and they will also build their own engines for 5th gen jet....LOls

4th Gen a fighter tu bana nahien paye 45 years mien ab banayen gey 5th gen.

Majority opinion is the pilot blacked out and at the end the plane was just too low altitude wise.
id be insanely surprised if he blacked out, it looks like a reasonably low g turn.

at best, through the big loop when he went in front of the crowd, perhaps 7 g's, but the turn and the level flight before the turn looks very low g, maybe 3-4g's at best

The Indian pilots lack stamina and fitness. It is very reasonable that even a low G turn blacked out the Indian pilot.

Update: As per Indian experts US provided them 45 years old tech engines with under power thrust. as per them over the years USA did very little to improve the thrust since these engines were build to work as pair to power twin engine jets.

lol - the 414 engines they are now getting have 98kN thrust, that is clear advantage of what the JF17C is using which is the original RD-93 at 81.4kN .... and the RD-93 is rated at 2000hr lifespan, where as the 404 and 414 are at 5,500 and 6000hrs respectfully. By every every measure and metric, the GE engine is far superior to the RD-93.. yet they complain.. sigh.

I would love the JF17 to be able to operate the GE 414 if Pakistan could afford the engines as they offer military advantage.

  • Radar data, flight-path recordings, video footage, being reviewed.
  • Parallel check underway for possible power loss or control-system failure.
  • Incident marks first fatal flying-display accident in airshow’s history.

DUBAI: Investigators are examining whether the pilot who died in India's Tejas fighter jet crash at the Dubai Airshow descended below the mandatory 300-foot minimum altitude for aerobatic manoeuvres or breached any approved flying protocols, aviation officials said on Saturday.

The inquiry is being led jointly by the UAE’s civil aviation authority, the country’s armed forces aviation division, and the Dubai Airshow’s Flying Control Committee (FCC), which is reviewing all available technical data and display-routine documents.

Officials said investigators are analysing radar tracks, flight-path recordings, and high-resolution video footage to determine the jet’s altitude profile and maneuver sequence in the moments before impact.

The FCC is also assessing whether the pilot performed any aerobatic manoeuvres that had not been formally cleared for the show.

A parallel technical investigation is examining whether the aircraft experienced a sudden loss of power, a control-system malfunction, or another mechanical failure that may have prevented recovery.

The Dubai Airshow, held every two years since 1989, had not recorded a fatal flying-display accident until Friday’s crash, which killed the pilot and brought the day’s demonstrations to a halt.

Authorities say no determination will be made until all evidence — including cockpit-related data, maintenance logs, and approved display documentation — has been fully examined.

Ah this red parts caught our attention.

Dubai has not seen any accidents since 1989, that's a big deal.
You can always count on Indians and IAF to tarnish the image of French, Emiratis and Russians.

For the HAL Tejas, GE developed an uprated F404-IN20, which is the highest thrust variant in F404 family, and which produces a maximum of 85 kN (19,000 lbf) of thrust with afterburner.[9][10] It incorporates latest hot section materials and technologies as well as a FADEC system for reliable power and performance.

You see the video and you believe on that? He was flying over desert quite safe distance from crowd.
They are saying whatever comes to their mind ....so far more than 100 reasons of crash have been thrown on TV.....the pilot was on God's mission....America and Pakistan are behind the crash....evil eyes of Pakistanis visited that stall.....so much content....
