You make some intelligent observations that I do not disagree but I think that you are too soft and naive, with all due respect, when it comes to the role of the Iranian regime here. Don't forget that the very same Iranian regime has been a MASSIVE reason for fitnah, opportunistic meddling in the Arab world and in some places outright support for mass-murder of Arabs and Muslims (Iraq and Syria). They never lifted a finger for Gaza or Palestine until they were attacked by Israel and the US directly. Don't conflict their attacks on Israel as some kind of defense or care for Palestinians. It would be a big mistake. Not even Hamas officials belief this.

We have 47 years of their history in front of us and their track record in the region. They never changed. That is why they have been a constant source of instability and why they are rightly viewed as an enemy of Arabs in many ways (certainly many their regional policies) and many of us view them similarly as the Zionists. Both support the fragmentation and division of the Arab world and our lands and countries. Look at the separatists that Israel is supporting in the Arab world. Iran has been doing the exact same thing since 1979 - just with their own proxies. We cannot and will not tolerate this any longer.

It is very possible, and I personally believe this, that Israel is actively trying and looking for a wider GCC/Arab-Iran conflict. We have semi-official Israeli figures saying it openly as well. I linked to the absurd X posts of that Edy Cohen Zionist (Arab Lebanese Jew). He has 1 million followers on X on his Arabic account. Look at his obsession and insults aimed at KSA constantly. I just discovered him today.

But even if Israel is actively trying to light a fire, you cannot expect GCC states to remain silent if Iran continues to fire missiles and drones - no matter how little destruction they do overall, it is a economic, security and geopolitical burden. There are millions of stranded tourists alone. I saw numbers of 300.000 UK citizens alone. Those are massive numbers. You also have the dimension of the oil and gas export and world energy that world powers, China in particular, relies on. This is not sustainable.

This was a good discussion. Uploaded 1 hour ago.

Remember, KSA is not a part of all this mess. We don't host any US bases or any foreign bases. All that we allowed was for the US to use the Prince Sultan Air Base as a transit base. No offensive operations have been conducted from KSA.

Which is why you have Iranian officials openly saying that they have not targeted KSA. Whether this is true or not we will soon figure out.

However KSA is mostly untouched and even if we were attacked - remember that KSA is a massive country. Almost 1.5 times the size of Iran.

In fact bigger than Iran and Iraq combined.

From South to North the distance is half of the distance between NYC and LA to put it into perspective. The distance from East to West is like the distance between Scandinavia and Southern Italy.

A few drone and missile attacks is not going to change anything. Remember that we also have one of the world's most extensive air defenses with THAAD, Patriot and numerous other systems as well as 10 + years of experience dawning ballistic missiles and drones just across the mostly very mountainous border with Yemen and almost all over KSA.

Until the Ukraine-Russia war we had the world record in terms of intercepting missiles and drones. Prior to that Israel never intercepted anything this sophisticated so I don't include them.

Disagreement is healthy. This is why I enjoy having your perspective as you're quite intelligent and familiarized with the history of the region.

This isn't my war so I wouldn't say I'm soft. Obviously I hope this doesn't embolden Israel and the US to 'finish the job' in Gaza. If Arabs can secure general stability of ceasefire in Palestine, then that will assure some peoples hearts in the region.

I certainly don't believe GCC Arabs are soft. They aren't and that's what I told Iranians in the main thread. And if you guys have decided the cost is worth it for this regime change war to happen, then it may indeed be for GCC. I know there is severe historical bad blood between you two. Was hoping all parties began maturing and from looks it some parties began having some understandings , and Gaza ironically precipitated fall of Assad of regime (indirect role, direct credit goes to Syrians ) . And when I saw Iran and others (not the trolls on forum who clearly aren't over it) mature and just accept Syria went back to majority rule, I was seeing that as a good sign we can begin to work on shelving this historical bad blood.

Anyway the stuff you see me posting in main thread is me narrative building against Israel as that's our general interests as Palestinians. I don't actually believe Iran can ruin Israel. Egypts is the most credible threat against Israel. Before this war and during it. But I have interest in narrative building against Israel as I don't want them trying to seize any opportunity to narrative build about what Arab world should be like or that we should develop relations with them. Partially because of the occupation but also tbh its more so ideologically motivated, I do not like them as a people and believe them to be raging selfish narcassists.

In reality nothing has really been hit much in the GCC (Kuwait, Bahrain, Qatar and UAE) other than mostly the abandoned US bases who are only partially targeted. Some of them are huge so it is almost impossible to destroy them fully unless you use tactical nukes or 100's upon 100's of missiles all at once.

No love lost for the Abu Dhabi regime @Falcon29 but I told you that nobody is impressed or afraid anywhere in the GCC. Even the leadership is casually eating within malls along civilians.

People can themselves look at the live webcam cameras from Abu Dhabi, Dubai, Doha, Kuwait City, Doha, Manama etc. and see that life is not paralyzed at all. Even saw tourists and locals alike celebrate Iftar out in the open with some missile interceptions occurring and nobody panicking.

Ignorant foreigners believe that GCC Arabs are scared etc. due to being wealthy (on average) but the reality is that Arabs are not afraid of death and everyone in the region outside of tiny Bahrain (Arab spring experience though) and Qatar have experience with war/conflict/missile attacks/drones first hand.

I understand and fully respect your position and I know that it is shared by other Palestinians as well, including Palestinian friends and acquaintances of mine.

We all know (Arabs) that Iran is irrelevant in the wider picture. They are a small country compared to the Arab world. As I wrote 10 million big UAE has an economy 1/3 times larger and Yemen by 2050 will have a much larger population. They will never be a threat for the Arab world. At most, as since 1979, an opportunistic meddler and a cause of instability. Much like the Zionists who without US/Western support and nukes would be another ant compared to the Arab world.

The problem is that due to the enormous size of the Arab world, the fact that we are currently divided into 20 + countries, nations and regimes, we have different threat perceptions. Bahrain and most of Eastern Arabia (basically all of the smaller GCC states - KSA is like a continent on its own our northwest for instance is just next to Gaza/Sinai/Palestine/Jordan/Syria, our southwest is close to Yemen/Eritrea/Ethiopia/Sudan/Horn of Africa, our North close to Iraq/Turkiye, our east next to Iran/Pakistan, southeast (India) etc., their main threat perception is the Iranian regime and nobody else really. Iran, other than the Doha attack last June, never attacked this region either. Same with large/majority of the Arab world.

It is only us in northwestern KSA, Sinai/Eastern Egypt, Lebanon, Palestine, Syria, Jordan that has been most closely involved historically since 1948 and that too mostly limited to Sinai and Southern Levant (Palestine, Jordan, Lebanon).

The long-term most dangerous enemy is without a doubt Israel ruled by the current fundamentalists and an Israel that is operating with immunity in the region.

Look KSA and the wider GCC is busy developing on every front and in the case of KSA doing it at an incredible quick pace. You know this yourself and most Arabs who have been following events and developments. All it requires is take a look at the thread that brother @The SC created about projects and developments within KSA, Made in KSA thread etc. Or look at official data. The last thing KSA is interested is, is war with anybody. Not Houthis, not UAE, not Israel, not Iran nor anyone else. The only reason why KSA became more active regionally was due to the need to counter Abu Dhabi regime and Zionist plots in next door Yemen that threatened KSA directly, in Syria, Sudan, Somalia and elsewhere. I support that but ideally KSA would not be wasting money, time and energy on this but focus mostly on the continued internal developments. For the past 10 years KSA has undergone pivotal changes socially, economically etc. and this is far from over and KSA cannot afford another development in this day and era if the current social contract has to endure - meaning no taxation, limited political participation in return for free healthcare, free education, world class infrastructure, world class educational centers, universities (the best ranked in the Muslim world), free education abroad, numerous benefits when getting married, having children, child benefits, gifs from the state for purchasing houses, apartments etc. List is long. So KSA had to move away from the old system, from the dependence on oil, from women barely working etc. KSA was one of the few countries in the world outside of Afghanistan who were limiting half of their population to this degree due to prevalent culture of the time/era and no financial need for women to work. Now KSA for instance have some of the world's highest percentage of STEM women graduates and women make up the majority of many work places and fields. Anyway long story short, KSA is not the one that started this conflict/war or even encouraged it. The Washington Post (anti-KSA paper) and their claims have been disproven completely.

I agree that Hamas started something potentially beautiful, which culminated or indirectly helped remove the Al-Assad regime. Unfortunately the Muslim leadership and world leadership failed not only Hamas but most importantly Gazans and Palestinians like the world has been failing to do for decades. We will have to find a solution, permanent, to this because otherwise the region will never truly prosper or be truly peaceful. And Arab leadership and most importantly Arab people will never rest until this occurs. It should be the main priority. Because Palestinians are not only entitled to this and deserve this but because Israel is the biggest threat and enemy long-term against us. Especially those of us that are unlucky to be close to it - in other worlds KSA, Egypt, Syria, Jordan, Palestine and Lebanon.

I don't know how accurate this "Greater Israel" map that is going viral on the internet is and what this imaginary "Greater Israel" is based on (there have never in history been such a thing - just so people know) but most of it (the total landmass) is made up of parts of North KSA.

But it is very "interesting", almost strange, that the by far largest country in the region (KSA) with the by far largest concentration of oil and gas facilities (largest in the region and world too at that), are not getting targeted let alone any major Saudi Arabian cities - not even in the Eastern Province, let alone Riyadh (almost 10 million people and by far the largest capital in the Muslim world in terms of area) and elsewhere.

The Houthis are also completely inactive in regards to KSA since 4 years now if not more.

In fact Houthis did not lift a finger when KSA took over 80% of Yemen in January.

Iraq (militias there), despite Southern Iraq being next door to KSA, has not done anything either. Ever. Despite openly crying about KSA 24/7 for years and even saying that KSA was behind ISIS (LOL).

Even Israel has never targeted KSA directly since 1948. Not even when we were at war back in 1948 and 1967. Or when KSA aided Egypt directly in 1973 (main regional supporter of it).

Or when KSA was the main supporter of Saddam Hussein (ra) and Iraq - when the very same Iraq was the main threat of Israel and Netanyahu, Sharon and others were weekly calling for the US to destroy and attack it. Something which unfortunately occurred much later back in 2003.

I would like to believe that this is due to KSA being armed with nuclear warheads since the 1990's.

Recently a former IRGC officer openly admitted to Rick Sanchez that KSA has nukes.

We have heard the same thing from former CIA members and certain, now deceased, Pakistani officials indirectly admitted it too.

It is strange that KSA can openly talk about acquiring nuclear weapons without any consequences as well, as well as openly mine uranium within KSA with CHINESE help no less. The same China that provided nuclear capable missiles (only used with nuclear warheads basically) back in the 1980's and now openly helps KSA develop an indigenous ballistic missile program and entire ballistic missile bases, most underground, that open Israeli OSINT users like this guy has been covering openly. As well as open source CIA reports.

And the less said about who founded the Pakistani nuclear program and stood besides Pakistan during its sanctions and later forgave the debt and loans, the better.

And this is not new either, KSA was actively funding Libya's and Iraq's attempts, earlier Egypt's and Syria's, of acquiring nukes.

Too much smoke without a fire and too many coincidences.

Regardless of this, nukes alone, if really present, cannot solely protect us but it is a great first step.

I find it very strange that we have some of the most popular Israeli journalists and semi officials being this anti-KSA suddenly. Edy Cohen's behavior being most blatant just today. He was attacking KSA more than even Iran. We are not talking about Abu Dhabi regime bots here or the usual suspects.

I know that knowledgeable Israeli Zionists look at KSA as the main historical enemy (birthplace of Islam, Judaism completely eradicated outside of small areas of what is today Southern KSA since 1400 years ago, people from KSA ruling Jews for centuries if not millennia - even many so-called "Jewish" dynasties were Arabian in nature - look up Herod the Great - the greatest Jewish/Israeli architect. He was basically an ethnic Hejazi. His mother an Nabatean princess (Hejazi) and his father Edomites (ancient Semitic people from modern-day Hejaz).

Their so-called father (Prophet Ibrahim (AS) ) was also from Arabia - modern day Southern Iraq next to to the KSA border (all largely an artificial border - Basra is an Arabian city founded by Arabians as is Najaf, Karbala and most/many current Southern Iraqi cities).

After all it was people from modern-day KSA that built the Al-Aqsa mosque, Dome of the Rock which all prevents their temple from being rebuilt in Al-Quds.

Their most respected Jewish lineage (Cohen) is also confirmed to originate in Arabia.

Everything in this video is strange:

- Security forces using force against Iran's followers for the first time

- All the protesters are Iraqi but not a single one of them is carrying an Iraqi flag (all the flags are Iranian)

- A Shiite shouted "Allahu Akbar" by mistake instead of "Ya Ali" which they always chant

- The Iraqi protesters are angry because of the killing of an Iranian person

Gosh the past few pages of this thread 😆 name it the "Arabian Copium Shop"
What copium are you blabbering about? We are having serious discussions. Nothing occurs in those small GCC states. 2 locals (2 Kuwaiti soldiers - martyrs) have died. On the other hand 1000's upon 1000's of Iranians have died (IRGC alone) within the past 48 hours, let alone civilians (which I do not endorse unlike the Arabized Iranian trolls who due to their permanent inferiority complexes towards us Arabs wish for dead civilian Arabs) and much of Iran and Tehran carpet bombed. You are barking at the wrong tree.

No more playing around. That was quick.

What are you blabbering about? 2 Kuwaiti soldiers and 3 South Asian migrants dying (1 Pakistani, 1 Bangladeshi, 1 Nepali) in 48 hours and barely any damage other than empty US bases and 1-3 buildings barely scratched. Even Emirati leadership (UAE was hit the most) openly breaking Iftar in malls among ordinary people and civilians. Already posted the videos. Anyone can easily take a look at webcam coverage from Abu Dhabi, Dubai, Doha, Kuwait City, Manama etc. to see that life continues as normal. You are hallucinating and having a hard time accepting that much of Iran is getting carpet bombed and that Iranian loses have been 10.000 times worse.

KSA untouched as well completely.

Riyadh just got hit.

Bros in the "Coffee Shop" and still hasnt smelled some coffee.
What has been hit? Apparently the US embassy by 1 single drone in a city of 10 million and 1/4 the size of (greater Riyadh) Israel combined, lol. Already claims of Israel being behind this. Which I would not rule out.

Look at Tehran. It has been completely carpet bombed. Once again you are hallucinating and comparing apples and oranges. If Iran is behind this - they are almost begging for KSA to start carpet bombing them too. Not a wise strategy.

Not that I particularly care about the US embassy in Riyadh or the US role in all of this.

Coffee is an Arabian drink invented by Arabians.

Unlike the Iranian regime nothing is hidden in KSA, no internet connection is blocked for weeks for people and we don't make ridiculous fake claims 24/7 like that failed regime does.

Anyway logging off now and good luck to our warriors and those of every single GCC and Arab country.

The Iranian regime (if it even survives - very doubtful) is going to lose one of their few main economic regional partners in the region and their most important one overall if combined. Also ironically the region that host the by far largest Iranian diaspora in the region.

Another fatal geopolitical mistake by the Mullahs. As usual. Hence the appalling state of Iran.

Statement issued by the people of the Homs neighborhoods and the city of Talbiseh and its countryside, and the city of Al-Qusayr and its countryside:

Praise be to God, Lord of the Worlds, and prayers and peace be upon our master Muhammad and upon his family and his noble, righteous companions.
To proceed ,We are the honorable children of honorable people, and we possess dignity, with pride as our banner. Therefore, after today, we will not accept betrayal or humiliation, for forgetting the blood of our martyrs is indeed one of the greatest forms of disgrace and treachery. Thus, we present our first and final warning, and we are excused. Any person who rents to or receives strangers from southern Lebanon and its militias, whether individuals or families, and especially if they have ties or backgrounds affiliated with the Shiite "Hezbollah," or any place that opens its doors to them, will bear full responsibility for any incident that may occur as a result. We, the people of the city of Homs and its countryside, and the people of Talbiseh and its countryside, and Al-Qusayr and its countryside, are known for the generosity of hospitality and the excellence of reception. We welcome the noble guest with open hearts and respect—except for those who have waded in our blood, killed and displaced our children, and destroyed our homes. The south that committed crimes and perpetrated massacres, and we will not forget the massacres of the Homs neighborhoods and Al-Qusayr and Talbiseh and other such massacres. Indeed, whoever dares to kill us and gloat over us will have no place among us, and we will expel him from the area immediately—him and whoever harbors him—by all means, and he has been excused after being warned. We hold every person who receives any stranger responsible for whatever may happen to him and his home thereafter. This statement is issued to affirm the unity of our stance and the protection of the security of our city and our people from any offense or aggression against our values and our religion, and those who have wronged will come to know what turn of fortune will befall them.

"The ones bombing Aramco are the Hashed militias in Iraq from their positions in Muthanna Province (Samawah) in southern Iraq on the border with Saudi Arabia, and their position was bombed yesterday after they bombed Aramco. So when Iran says we are not the ones who bombed Aramco, it is lying because its tails in Iraq carried out the mission by proxy, and Saudi Arabia knows that (it's not dim-witted). And when Tasnim says that the one who bombed Aramco is Israel, it is lying too because it is an agency of lies and because it knows that the Hashed militias are the ones who carried out the operation. These are elements of the militias whose position in Samawah was bombed after midnight last night. Promoting the false Iranian narrative is a betrayal of the religion (and of Arabness)."

That explains why RSAF jets were in the vicinity of Southern Iraq yesterday. More reason for us to annihilate the traitors and cultists.

Exactly what I was hoping for. If fate has given us a regional war - we need to make use of it to annihilate our enemies. If I am MBS for instance I give an order not only to enter Bahrain (already occurred) but to deal swiftly with any fifth columns and traitors within Bahrain. Just like they were permanently dealt with in the Eastern Province. They are neither Arabs any longer let alone Muslims so all bets are off. They should not be shown any mercy. Let alone during times of war. Enough of this nonsense. KSA did not attack them prior to this and if they want war and conflict - we will give them that.

"Revolution in the Bekaa: Influential Shiite Tribes Break Away from Hezbollah

A massive political earthquake shakes the foundations of Hezbollah's stronghold. In a stunning and unprecedented move, the tribes of Baalbek and Hermel—the tribal backbone of the Shiites in the Bekaa region—issued an official statement supporting President Joseph Aoun and Prime Minister Nawaf Salam.

This is not just a statement; it is a complete reshaping of the Lebanese power balance.

Why is this considered a radical shift?

In the Bekaa, tribal and clan ties have always run deeper than political affiliations. By standing with the state, these tribes strip Hezbollah of its "social shield" in its most vital stronghold.

The tribes explicitly endorsed the government's stance rejecting any military or security faction outside the authority of the Lebanese state. This effectively renders Hezbollah's "resistance" label null and void in the eyes of its supporters
. The statement calls for full state control and a final ceasefire with Israel. The message is clear: The people of Baalbek and Hermel choose a future of stability and Lebanese sovereignty over acting as proxies for a collapsing Iranian regime.

The Domino Effect
This internal collapse comes on the heels of a series of powerful blows dealt to the "axis of resistance": Earlier today (March 2, 2026), Prime Minister Nawaf Salam officially banned all military and security activities of Hezbollah, describing them as illegal. With the neutralization of 49 Iranian regime leaders and top Hezbollah officials, such as Hussein Makled, "command and control" from Tehran has evaporated. Orders were issued to the Lebanese Armed Forces to implement the disarmament plan north of the Litani River "immediately and firmly." When those who claim to represent Hezbollah in their name demand they lay down their arms and submit to the state, the game is over. The "heart of the Shiites" reclaims its Lebanese identity."

Hugely significant. Looks like game over for Hezbollah as an Iranian proxy and fifth column. As I wrote on numerous occasions, Lebanese Shia Arabs deserve their political representation, entitled to in fact, and whatever militias and arms they have should be merged with the state and Lebanese military who also needs to be reformed and turn into a truly inclusive entity that is represented by every party. Otherwise the purpose of Lebanon as a state becomes null. Either create a serious state and entity or allow Syria to swallow you up again. It should be very simple.

Great news:

@Falcon29 they are agents and fifth columns and enemies of Muslims and Arabs. No other explanation. At least the Hezbollah that began after they started murdering our Syrian Arab and Muslim brothers and sisters.

Posted by a Shia Lebanese Sayyid, no less:

Naim Qassem the terrorist, agent of Israel and Iran
Six empty rockets launched by Naim Qassem at open areas in northern Israel with no damage whatsoever, in revenge for Khamenei
The result in Lebanon: more than 300 civilian martyrs A million displaced in the month of Ramadan, sleeping on the streets to this day
Thousands of residential units razed to the ground Not to mention the people's fear and terror

What is going on? Is this criminal cult hellbent on destroying their own? What a pathetic group it has become since a long time ago. Hopefully we will see more local Arab Shia Lebanese tribes and clans defect from this cult. They are of no use anymore.

The Mullah's are almost begging for the GCC to carpet bomb them as well. So far amazing restraint has been shown by our leadership. Even though almost nothing has been destroyed in the GCC (other than mostly empty evacuated US bases) and very few casualties (2 Kuwaiti soldier martyrs and 3 expats in UAE), this kind of disruption should be impossible to tolerate for much longer.

By all accounts the GCC is already participating in attacks on Iran (Qatar dawned 2 Iranian Su-24 fighter jets yesterday after all) and even the Turkish foreign minister admitted to so much.

If they want war, we will give them just that. It is unfortunate that Israel will be on the same side in theory but that is solely the blame of the Mullah's they could have sticked to attacking purely US bases in Kuwait, Bahrain, Qatar and UAE (even though none of those bases were used offensively against them) and Israel/Zionists but they choose not to do so.

Therefore all bets should be off soon.

It is Ramadan and Umrah during this time is especially numerous. Millions of people are visiting KSA right now.

All solidarity with our people and our pride in the Arab Gulf states in the face of the barbaric and savage assault on your facilities and institutions... May every soul who wished you ill be thwarted and lose both this world and the next... Safety upon you, Arab Gulf states...

Wonderful news. Let us cut the head of the snake and be done with this nonsense that has lasted for almost 50 years now.
