Laser is more reliable and more accurate than GPS. GPS can be jammed or spoofed. In fact, Krasnopol has been proven effective in Donbas war.

without designator in the target aera for target illumination laser guided shell has way worst accuracy than satellite navigation (GPS)+ inertial navigation, and please do explain me why Russian forces can't be able to jammed or spoofed Excalibur used by Ukrainian forces against Russian forces?

Its the fact you troll that military grade GPS signals are much much more difficult to be jammed or spoofed than civilian grade GPS signals, and do research before barking nonsense and crap lol

Laser guidance is better in urban combat. Laser designators are easily hidden in buildings. If urban combat you need better accuracy to avoid friendly fire and you also don't want your shells spoofed by EW and hitting your own men.

Laser guidance is only good when your enemy is extremely weak and don't have countermeasures against laser guided munitions/shells like Ukraine

Javelin not as useful as Lancet. Javelin range limited to 2 km because the target must be sighted with EO before shooting. Lancet can fly 40 km before locking on using AI.
