I used to go around in erstwhile defence.pk forum by name Khanza (it has no meaning, it was a comic name back in 90s) some 18-20 years back in late 00s. Was not really active, I guess posted just few times. Joining back because it seems middle east and south asia is again on boil after many years of relative peace.

Relative peace in Middle East? I must have been in hibernation - completely missed it.

Since late 90s till very recently, Middle East saw relative peace and no wars. There was terror threat but nothing like the war we are seeing lately.

The current conflict is intense enough that it is affecting everyone now. Blockade, attack on tankers are a first in many dacades.
