However bringing in unrelated political agenda only reeks of malice and not any actual care for the tragedy that happened here.

What I cannot believe is how come there was nobody there to rescue the babies, where were all the grown ups who are posted 24/7 in neonatal care units? It's not like the fire could have spread in a matter of seconds, it must have taken the fire some time to take effect, where were all those who were responsible to take care of those babies?

this is INCOMPETENCE and INCAPABILITY of the Hospital Admin, and this is a fucking Govt hospital in the fucking Capital.

Corruption has destroyed it all.......no money for repairs, or additional staff, or maintenance.

Not too long ago there were reports that these govt hospitals dont have functional important machines, ventilators etc.

And the biggest question, howcome fire consumed 14 innocent ones? Where the **** was everyone that it spread so bad?

If i were a family member there would be fucking consequences for the administration, real street justice!! Those fuckers won't be leaving their hospital duties without consequences!

She said the staff ran away from the wards towards the hospital entrance and then refused to let people leave the premises, fearing that news of what happened would leak out. Ths staff had a duty to their patients that they abandoned.

RIYADH: Saudi Arabia’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs expressed sympathy to the Pakistani government and families of the victims in the fire at the Mother and Child Health ward at the Pakistan Institute of Medical Sciences hospital in Islamabad.

The Kingdom expressed solidarity with the families who lost at least 14 newborns in the tragic incident on Wednesday, wishing security and safety for Pakistan and its people, the ministry added.
