There is some wisdom in Ancient India, well to be honest there was no such thing as India it was always a land mass , with many Owners who claimed some land

• The exercise routines for body health (Under Yoga)
• The breathing technique and impact on clarity of mind (Under Yoga)
• Unique cooking spices

Indian civilizations (notice the plural) have a number of interesting knowledges as other old world civilizations. Its not unique in that sense, Chinese civilizations have interesting stuff too.

Indians were among first to do eye surgery for removal of cataract, they did rhinoplasty of sorts which is similar to how it is done today. It will be stupid to say that those procedures were equivalent or superior to modern medicine and surgery. It was early surgery. That being said, it will also be unwise to discount that as worthless. For its time, it was pretty advanced.

Perhaps, India can take an approach that China took. To systematically analyse the knowledge in its old tomes and test it rigerously. Chinese discovered treatment for malaria this way by synthesising specific active ingrediet found in worm wood, which was documeented in their old medicine texts. That treatment is a first line tretment of malaria even now.

Many geologists and geophysicists study impact craters as they may hold important information about ancient earth and ancient solar system (may be extra solar system objects too).
