Attrition losses PAF only 2016 onwards

The higher the sortie rate of a particular type of ac.....the higher the chances of accidents.

The imp thing is the pilot is fine ......the ac can be replaced
We need a ratio for number of flight hours to crashes to truly make a comparison

There’s a reason why The FC-1 is not selling like it was supposed to. The reports of airframe problems seem to be true.
I feel like PAF wanted to pump them out and didn’t care so much of the quality of the product as long as it was an upgrade from the current inventory

So 18 years of flying and has bombed India, Iran and Afghanistan and your great thoughts is that airframe problems 😂😂😂

Which plane has India flown for 18 years and had only 4-5 crashes

The whole world has retired the tweetie bird but PAF instead of retiring, added to the fleet the t 37 that the u.s had retired.

Don't know if to call it brilliant or a dumb move...specially when u have k 8.....but then again they come back at me n tell me " its the most pilot friendly ac ever made".

It is - but more importantly it’s a decent jump to AJTs and for the PAF adding those additional examples was peanuts.

Apparently a T.37 has crashed in Swabi. Thankfully, both pilots are safe.

It's a sad event, but one ting is clear: the Pak folks love their military...

Mid air collision with another aircraft. One landed safely (carrying two IP's) the other was badly damaged and crashed. I belive the aircraft that crashed carried a cadet and an IP, both ejected safely.

T37s were also being used for spin training refreshers for active squadron pilots.
Not sure how is it now.

Glad pilots are safe.

Think we are the only country still operating T-37!?
