I'd accept all of the demands, only on two conditions:

1. full Pakisani tax regime will apply on AJK and all the amenities they are getting from Pak., for instance, usage of roads, access to rail networks, Pak. air space will charged at exorbitant rates, to recover what we have spent on AJK.

(AJK boundary will be subject to strict border control of PAk. Customs and any movement of goods shall be charged, even if it is for daily consumption!)

after all, it is right of Pak. too!

further, access to Pakistani dry ports shall be restricted and Pak Army will maintain control of borders!

(we had taken exorbitant loans from World Bank to built these dams!)

2. AJK people can reside in Pak. but can never become citizens of Pak. AJK residents, wont be allowed to own land in Pak or do business or jobs in Pak.

it is the right of Pak. just as, it is the right of AJK people!

thats upto AJK gang, who they allow to have properties in AJK, Pak. should not!

What could be greater reform that demanding that rights and freedoms in the constitution should be respected ? Without that nothing is possible and you only can only rule via guns , as we see today in AJK and in Pakistan.
