Lowkey we might only be able to put 2 SMASH (1 each side) per ship because of the weightThey still don't have any CIWS, also only a single SMASH tube has been seen.

if i have to estimate it must be between 450 km and 500 KMWhat’s the range in this missile?
Nah probably 4-6, it weighs less then the CM-302, and the baburs were designed to be equipped with SMASH from the start.Lowkey we might only be able to put 2 SMASH (1 each side) per ship because of the weight

SMART S Mk2 is perfectly fine for a lightly armed corvette which is what Baburs are at the end of the day.Why did PN go with a SMART S MK2 on the Baburs? It's a mediocre last gen PESA ATP.

tbh, in the long run (for an MLU), the PN will likely tap NESCOM or NRTC to design an original radar for them. The TRMs would come from Europe, but the primary integration and solutions end will be done in Pakistan.SMART S Mk2 is perfectly fine for a lightly armed corvette which is what Baburs are at the end of the day.
But to answer your question, SMART S Mk2s were locally produced by Aselsan and it was the default choice for Ada-class/Milgem. Now Aselsan offers the Cenk series instead which are AESA. We might see them on remaining Baburs if PN hasn't already paid for the smart s mk2s.
