Pakistan sending militants to IoK in 90's didn't made much of a difference to the western world till 9/11. Now that they are over WoT, they didn't even bother to entertain India on pahalgam. If world doesn't care about pahalgam in occupied Kashmir which border Pakistan and have history of cross border militancy when why we expect world to accuse India of terrorism happening in western Pakistan.

India can easily claim it has nothing to do with terrorism in kpk and balochistan since both don't share border with india and in no way india can support terrorism inside the two provinces without using territory of iran and Afghanistan

Attacking india on pretext of terrorism in balochistan would only.make Pakistan an aggressor who won't get much support from anyone including China. As you said even india didn't get much support for sindoor. The war on terror days are over now. The world has moved on

The road to peace in kpk and balochistan goes through iran and Afghanistan. Without that you can't do anything. Rest is all gimmicks and theatrics

Pakistan can't attack india because of a bombing in a province which doesn't even share border with India. It is a reality. Even if Pakistan can then you simply don't have the leadership to do so. I think it did happen, at least more than 3 times.
There should have been an anticipation of a major attack near Eid. So, drones and extra cautions near the waiting/parking area should have been in place.

Two bogeys were derailed. So the amount of explosives used wasn't small.
The amount of `efforts to accumulate such amount of explosives and then plant them on a busy railway crossing should not have went unnoticed.
