11 soldiers martyred, 14 terrorists killed in army convoy attack in Balochistan's Bela-Winder: DG ISPR​

Director General Inter-Services Public Relations Lt Gen Ahmed Sharif Chaudhry.

A junior commissioned officer (JCO) and 10 soldiers were martyred after an army convoy came under attack in the area of Bela, Winder, along the N-25 highway, Director General Inter-Services Public Relations (DG ISPR) Lt Gen Ahmed Sharif Chaudhry said on Wednesday.

Speaking at a press briefing, he said security forces killed 14 terrorists belonging to the Baloch Liberation Army (BLA) during the engagement.

The DG ISPR said two additional operations were carried out in Kharan and Dalbandin, where security forces killed six and eight terrorists. He said the operations are part of the military's ongoing response to recent terrorist attacks in Balochistan.

He further said that Pakistan had witnessed three major terrorist incidents over the past four days.

Its a painful process, Afghan's and Taliban has no future, lots of able bodied men has no work, but lots of kids and multiple wives to feed, so they join these organizations to so some kind of income they can bring to the home, they have multiple children with no future or prospect of becoming doctors, engineers or anything so these kids are sent to madarsas which are funded by likes of UAE, once they are 14-15 they are fighting age, either TTP/BLA will recruit them and because they are unpardh Jahil Ganwaar, and they have their own twisted understanding of Islam, they either join to fight and die like a dog in the street, or just wrap up a suicide jacket to be blown to pieces and washed away in gutters. At least in Pakistan, in major cities the youth is still have a sense of future, they study and work hard to become bankers, engineers and doctors so they can either have good future in Pakistan or even to immigrate, but Afghanistan is nothing but a breeding group for men who will be hired guns and useless human bombs, Yeh auqaat hai in super proud Pushtoon's ki, bacha ek jobless Afghan ke unprotected sex ke natijay mai piada hua aur phir ya tu kisi rival ya Pakistan Army ki Goli kha ke kutte ki maut mar gaya... While Indians are laughing in their homes, that they turn the once proud Afghans into their bitch that they send their own sons to die like a rabid dog while no Indian is dying, that is the ultimate humiliation can bring to ones enemy.

It's basically, In the middle of nowhere, with low IQ locals, villages and areas with weird names


The process to arm the FC and local security, provide better training is a long one
They have indeed come a long long way

But it's a ongoing process


The Afghans have no lives
They are a worthless kaum


At the moment millions of Afghans have been thrown out of Pakistan, and the border crossings atleast are closed


But determined TTP use the mountains and mountain passes and they bring 20-40 armed men, they pick a vulnerable location and try to hit it


They will often lose more men themselves then they kill, but they have no future or life, it's just the usual pashtunism




My biggest critique however is our response time is pathetic on the western border
If a location is under attack we should have response teams, drones in the air responding immediately
If for nothing else then we can kill as many of them before they run off



Everything else is a Gradual process that will continue over the coming years

I am hearing about Armed drones, Burraq with Burq missiles for years now but we are still not mass producing them to be in air on short notice, US was flying reapers in Iraq and Afghanistan once they realize how deadly they can be, and these drones has put the fear in Taliban and AQ, and if you see recent combat footage from PA we are dropping those **** mortar shell from Quad-copters for FUQ sake, that doesn't even hit the target 70-80% of the time. I am surprised that we don't have dedicated drones in every high risk zone with staff available 24/7, and as soon as some ambush or attack on a checkpoint happen why we are sending more ground troops with no air cover? BLA is still using AK's and light machine guns, but they can't hit a drone or attack helicopters, I know its hard to save every soldiers who is posted in isolated posts but at least with drones/Attack heli's in air we can hunt and kill those escaping T's, we often heard we kill X numbers of T's but some escape.

Baluch/Pushtoon's are to be blamed but no one else, they themselves have no regard or value their own sons and daughters but they demand respect from rest of Pakistan, if you want to be productive to the society you can do it without much resources, people have proven that, but due to wide spread violence in these culture, and addiction of haram khori has rotten their minds, with every issue or disgareement with a local or federal govt the first option in their mind is armed struggle, there are people who are much much poorer than Baluch, countries in Africa where people live on slums, their kids are butchered, don't even have 2 meals a day but none resort to senseless killing like in Pakistan, all because some leaders who sits in Europe and take money from India tell them that they need "Azaad Baluchistan", literally the dumbest people in their entire world.

The Ziarat incident should be an eye opener for the security establishment but it does not matter to them somehow. The fact that we have money for private jets but not for transport helicopters is insane. How did we let those poor police officers not have any reinforcements for a whole day and let them die just like that? Ziarat is not even a remote location. This is so god damn infuriating. Incompetence of the highest degree.

This was intentional because the local economies in these parts run on smuggled goods.

If the border was heavily manned then they would be obliged to take action or the state can become complicit.

They need to evacuate everyone from the border areas, sift the good from the bad and relocate them to other towns and heavily militarize.

Baluchistan Terrain is nightmare for any Army to conduct COIN operations, and given our military lacks will and determination to take necessary steps it makes it even more hard, i mean if this was any other country, Baluchistan would've been cleasened by now, with entire villages/towns been bombed and heavy military presence with drones and extreme survillence.

The fact that they blame India yet shamelessly dont attack India is just beghairti of the highest order. At least when India accusses Pakistan, it nowadays attacks Pakistan directly.

Showing up doing press conferences to count bodies is literally useless and a circus show.

Is there any genuine solution even possibe at this stage ? At how much area do Pak even have real govt writ and control in Baluchistan, going by news it seem BLA can attack wherever they wish and the are more then willing to bear the cost. Make it peaceful whatever need to be done , by ballot or bullet, but maybe it isn't chaos and it's by design. This can't go on forever.
