Balochistan Terrorism Watch

Security forces success bench Mark how many they have killed!
Yes because the other people have big guns and rockets and they are shooting at them, they don't want to sit down for a chat over tea and patties.
Gun mind is a degenerated regressive mind, that's all they do.
Anti-Terrorism requires the use of armed force when faced with armed conflict.
Only question here is who is on law, on constitution, have a moral code?
Terrorists have morals now?
Party with total power is at absolute negative scale.
What does politics have to do with this? It has been mentioned several times, please kindly refrain from discussing politics in security and defence related threads. There is an entire politics section where you can discuss politics to your hearts content.

Ideally this thread should be kept clean for updates on terrorism incidents and IBOs like the ones that @ghazi52 posts here on a daily basis.

So plz tell me, how you separate politics from security issues?
If u mean to politicize, I have no interest in that.
Security problems --> break down of law and order --> Absence of peace --> flight of capital (economics problem) --> unemployment --> more recruits for terrorism --> cycle repeats.
It is all related.

Solution:
Political process:
Fair elections --> representative govt --> devolution of power at local level --> people take control --> accountability, economic projects, education

There is no silver bullet, but gradually things will be controlled if there is a will and sincerity.
Otherwise bodies will just become statistics.

I feel quiet disenfranchised already, I generally avoid any discussion.

By not making everything "political" such is your want. It's a simple request. This thread is for terrorism updates, not about your vandetta with GHQ or any political party or what x Y Z is not in Parliament.

This is a policy by Admin not me. Don't like it, complain to them, it's not my forum I am just a MOD here.

You are free to post updates relevant to the thread. :)

Curfew has been declared in Khad Kucha area of Mastung, there have reportedly been multiple attacks across multiple days from the military convoy a week earlier to other transport/cargo transiting. Moreover, there continue to be attacks in the Mastung district area.

Here is a compilation of incidents in the area since the attack on the military convoy. Pertinent to note that select traders operating cargo transport from Quetta to Karachi suspended activities until further notice due to the losses sustained from constant attacks on cargo vehicles.

I agree with Dr Maleeha lodhi, our problem is legitimacy in Baluchistan. I also agree with Mushahid Hussain that india would sponsor wherever it gets the chance to spoil the situation but we are not doing things in our hands. We are worst policy makers. Our dilemma is that we are unable to understand that its not GHQ's job to make policies. There is no success story in the world where a military run security state is prosperous. People need their true representation. and only true representatives have to make national policies and decisions. Not the govt servants on extensions. Its not about vendetta on GHQ. Every Pakistani on this forum loves Pak armed forces. Only difference is some love them doing their primary job (like in 2025 against india or border security etc) and others think they have the right to make overall policies of the state. We can't accept things which are not designed to work at first place. Its Impossible that GHQ driven state can fix issues which are not only related with security but severely wrapped with politics.

All of our internal security issues needs 3 prong solution: 1- Intelligence 2- Political 3- Military. We skip first 2 and go straight to military and results are in front of us for last so many decades. Actually the first 2 alone can fix most of problems and military only needs to be invited occasionally for cleanup whenever necessary.
